I recently came across this chick and didn't have a clue who she was or what she was from. I tried to find out but everything was in Japanese and I was deathly afraid of picking up some japanese virus (and i'm lazy). so If anyone knows who she is and what the hell she's from it'd be greatly appreciated.

rule 34 refers to the 34th rule of the internet: If it exists, there is porn of it. No exceptions!
It also is a site (or actually a number of sites) where porn pictures are uploaded.
