Jodie Arias Trial

Considering that this is a porn forum, what better place to talk about the Jodie Arias Trial than LoK Forums! For those of you not up to date with mainstream-media (a wise thing, but you still need to know your enemies before the battle) inside the US, there is a woman currently going on trial for the 29 shoots and stabs of her husband/fiancée in Arizona (a very desert-like state). You can find more here: Mainstream-media News about Jodie Arias

So, in your opinion, guilty or innocent? Why is she talking so much about sex, and lying so much?

Personally, I believe that she wants to drag her trial and brainwash male jurors with the sex-abuse talk as well as look for the pity of female jurors. There is no way that he was a threat to her while on the bathing alone in the restroom; plus he was attacked and killed with his back to her.

This is a serious thread, so please keep the jokes, puns, ect. to a minimum. Avoid personal attacks, flaming, and other equally disruptive behaviour, just post your two cents in a civil manner.

Not familiar with it so will look into it. USA news these days is garbage so I never watch it anymore, makes me ashamed to say.

Don't feel ashamed. As you're not a citizen of the country, you're not the one who should be ashamed. The ones who should be ashamed are those who watch and parrot the mainstream media drivel, and allow such actors as Fox news and MSNBC to influence their voting patterns.

I, sadly, am an American, and I feel shame at the number of people who are profoundly influenced by the mainstream "news entertainment" media.

I'm such an oblivious person, thought that Thaeldael was being ashamed of the "US garbage news", not that he did not watch it. It is also good to know that at least some people in this forum are not part of the 90+ percent of people that believe whatever shit Faux News shows; however you do not need to be ashamed about your people, I a WN (as you probably see, I am not an extreme WN, as the hardcore ones would probably want to kill me for visiting this forum ) would probably have an even greater excuse to be ashamed of my people, but shame is a negative emotion. I pity them for they have been brainwashed by the media, misguided by false prophets (politicians), not even aware that their government could be controlled by people not even in politics; they are followers not leaders, nothing you can do about them.

I apologize, had to go on my soapbox! Continuing on, the jurors have submitted their questions to the judge, 150! The first high-profile trial with jurors asking questions that I see (only 3/50 US states allow jurors to ask questions), too many questions to indicate that she will be declared innocent in my opinion.

Glossary: Faux- French word for fake, it reads 'fo' not 'fox'/Jurors- In the US court system, twelve normal citizens decide whenever a person is guilty in a trial or not for most of the time (I forgot the requirements, but I believe that anything on or above a court of appeals is a judge).

I am american born, granted only lived in the country for a year of my 23 (soon to be 24) years of my life. That being said news within the USA and coming out of the USA tends to be so... sensationalized because there are no laws like there are on proper media coverage in Canada (which also has it's own cons). While I am definitely more Canadian/European (France/Canada/American Citizen) it doesn't help that Americans are ridiculed around the world these days which is why I am ashamed of the news like fox and CNN these days.

Tell me about it, our VP said to shoot two shells with your shotgun in the air, at night if you are alone and hear someone outside. (You can probably find the video on Youtube, but at least I got a news article for ya!)

I was wrong about the trial, the jurors do not submit questions to the judge, the judge just reads the questions and she was asked 156 different questions! Although, her most favourite answer was "I do not remember correctly", and she tended to not directly answer the question the rest of the time. She also smirked when they asked her questions about how she killed Travis Alexander.

... Oh la la, parlez-vous France?

EDIT: Yeah, I am a beginner in French "L'homme mange une pomme = The man eats an (female) apple", I still find it not an excuse as to why leave the z out of the equation; however I am aware that I am either missing the c with the squiggly line on the bottom or an accent on the last e, but that is because my laptop won't do any number-pad shortcuts.
