hi... im new to all of this, except RP,.. how these posts work and even the LoK forums, it would be really great if someone could teach me some stuff ^^ i love to play obviously too, <3 just send me a message, but the main thing is teach me how all of this stuff works! thanks so much :) talk to you soon

*EDIT* ummm, o3o i guess its just because i like sending weird faces and hearts? ^^;... but i mean i really dont know anything.. like i tried to post this edit in a reply just a second ago and it all vanished, i used POSTREPLY but nothing appeared, i dont understand whats wrong :( also, im just trying to learn why cant i used messages for instance, or rules regarding behavior like whats allowed in RP, im sure from my profile you can guess my main point in joining :P not gonna try and hide that one. i just want some attention right now ^^. not sure how everything works or what these Forums are meant for besides the RP games with some people. or even rules for those.

I have to ask. What is with the hearts all of a sudden.
Anyways it's like most forum but a lot of features are limited to you until you get 11 post.

Yeah, I'm having a bit of the same prob myself. At least the post count stuff's been sorted out now. xD

Like blue said, you will have to wait for moderators to approve your posts until you reach 10 posts, then you may post freely. Just be sure to read any rules (check the top of the forum pages to see anything the moderators/admin think is important like rules or announcements) and look around to see what pieces of the site interest you. Most games in the creative section are open for testing and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism and the RP forum is usually fairly active. As for how everything else works, it's an adult forum, a certain amount of tolerance and maturity is expected when you join in discussions but try to have fun.

Can I say that's really awful?
I mean, for my first post in this forum I had to wait A WEEK to see my message delivered.
That way you are totally unable to partecipate in a discussion, and I'm doutful this community could grow larger with this method.

To moderators\admin:
I'd strongly suggest to change or limit this thing, the choice is yours.

ususally it doesnt take more than a day, but stil, its only untill you reach 10 post.

and it's there for a reason, to keep people from makin accounts and then rage at anyone, among other reasons.

Hey what's the dif between postreply and QuickReply? And can people block you? How do you earn private message rights?

10 post limit is the only limit other than the normal mod and admin limit.

get 10 (i think it's really 11) post and you'll be able to do anything other users are able to do.

The difference between Post Reply and Quick Reply is that Quick Reply opens a dialogue box at the bottom of the screen, and Post Reply enters a new page with an editing panel.

Yep! That's the gist of it. If you memorize the BBCode (I think that's what it is), you can do stuff like add bold, italics, or underlines.

I can't make a pic fit my avatar box I try URL and saved pic and everything. How do I make it fit?

I searched for 150 x 150 avatars pics, you could search something else/ similar

So if you have a camera that came with software, then i'd use that. The software normally has a re-sizing option and all you do is tell it the size you want.
You could try paint but i don't think it has any re sizing options/

Well another thing you could use is googles picture software.

It's called something like picature. It's a better picture display tool than windows, and it's a nice editor for things paint wont do.
Photo bucket also has line tools for editing pictures you own. they have croping, resizing, and smart resizing tools. Along with tons of other stuff.

I'm not enough of a nerd.. Could try it though what exactly does the lok team on here do?
