Product manufacturers are trying to take away your right to resell items that are manufactured abroad, in whole or in part. In this globalized world, that's almost anything you own. Today we're launching YouveBeenOnwed.org to help Americans fight back.

If the Supreme Court rules with manufacturers, we might have to say goodbye to Ebay, Craigslist, and the old-fashioned American yard sale.

One question. When they for example make there iPad or clothes - do not they use some thing that they buy and can not sell by them self ? If they do then WTF ? If they do but they "change it in process" - can we than write on iPad by Pen for example Fucking iPad - will this modefication be enough to letowner sell it ?

If it do not - then they really try to put themselves before the law What will be with old things that was bought without this law - can they be selled If they do how will be possible to prove that some thing is not old and can be selled. If they do not - them it is like stealing - becouse when we bought old thing we buy the rights to sell it if so they are thief
