Today I got my marks back for my last 3 exams, and a lab assignment. I am sitting on an A+ which made the 5 40-hour weeks of work worth the effort, and the last weekend of cramming worth it. On top of that I get to relax during reading week and kick back with friends =).

What kind of good is happening in your life?

Well i'm happy. I don't have to bull shit a Thesis Statement paper in 1 hour. I looked at my due home work and nothing is listed

A thesis statement in what sense? Like a traditional honors/masters thesis, or like thesis in the most basic of terms as in this is what my paper will do? Just finished my final midterm, was one brutal fucker of a test but I think I got an A+ on it =).

Last week I started working on something I've always wanted to do, and I'm having a blast learning actionscript and flash so I can give back to the LoK community. (instead of being the leech I've been for like a year.) I love coding, it's my passion.

Cool! I'm currently learning C/C++, but that's not exactly getting flash games on the site.

I'm proficient in python, HTML, CSS, PHP, and I'm learning java and actionscript kind of at the same time. I love coding it makes me happy

I'm happy right now, because it's Friday. That means that tomorrow is Saturday, day 1 of my 9-day holiday from work! Woohoo!

I'm happy because I'm not dead.
I won't be sleeping in mud, dealing with shellshock nor will I ever have to dodge bullets.
I know it's a very basic and simple concept, but still things seem to always be better than I expect them to be. And as long as my happiness will not interfere with my ambitions, I will be quite well.

By the way, if you've not noticed by now I am back, which is sweet beyond what I can communicate, though I will only be around once in a while. Good to see everyone is still alive. =D

Not being dead, sleeping in a real bed, and not being potentially shot at every day are all things that are very nice. I'm glad you've got a break!
