Battlefield 3, because it's badassness beyond all badassness. There was something else, too. I don't remember what it was right now though.

After Portal 2 I don't think I really was able to find any games worth getting hyped up about. Space Marine may have been the last game I got, and the only games I foresee myself getting are indie games and maybe some Steam and XBLA games I find worth ten or fifteen bucks. No new releases have piqued my interest, yet.

I'm waiting on XCom made by 2k games. Why you might ask. Good question.

So i can bash it even more.

Now i find people who are bashing the game for it being FPS are logical argument for this reason. The only people who want a new X-com game are the people who remember X-com 1, 2, and maybe 3 and the first two games are what you call a X-com game. turn base squad combat game. Now we play the first X-com's because they were the best and they system worked. We don't play them hoping they are a FPS. if that was the case we would play Xcom 5/enforcer and be a pitiful human for doing so.

Yes some one could say it would be like taking FO1 and FO2 and doing what they did with FO3 but fallout was much more than a game. It was a world and a way of interacting and the team took alot of the elements of fallout and converted them really well in to a FPS format. Xcom doesn't really a story to it's name, the interactions were based on the engine its self and anything that wasn't like research can also be found in other games.

Okay thats my bash on the game i'm waiting for.

also fenrakk101 on steam look for mount and blade. M&B:warband is supper cool and great supports mods (I love running people over with the horse)
M&B fire and sword or what ever it's called (the newest) looks cool but i don't know for sure. I'm not enthusiastic with the idea of fire arms but oh well.

I was kind of excited when I heard they were adapting it to an FPS, but then discouraged again when I found out they were trying to actually remake all of Xcom into an FPS, including the whole pick-your-squads and crap. I think they're overcomplicating things. I would like to run around and shoot and explore in a linear adventure, their hopes for the game seem to be outside my zone of interest.

Just checked into it, to be honest it doesn't really appeal to me. I have quite a complicated range of interest with games. If you can find me a horror and/or survival game on Steam that isn't a puzzle game I'd much appreciate that, the only ones that seem to fit my hopes are quite old (like Cold Fear) or more focused on combat (like Dead Space, though I also have that game XD)

I think I ranted more than I should have right there...

I applied to your lordships mercy and ask of thee to try the demo... then i give up on selling you that game.

Not sure what steam has in horror since i don't often find my self playing it. Partly because it seems for the most part the good ones are on console.

Good no one said Call of Duty (so far).

Really just Zelda: Skyward Sword right now. I got a list of games i need to get caught up on so I'm glad there's not too many I'm dying to play right now.

Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword seems pretty corny, but still looking forward to it.

I don't really know anything about it. I would like to collect it just because it's a Nintendo brand game

Didn't EA release a bad 40k game some years ago?

There have been several bad 40k games released over the years. You might be thinking of Squad Commander, as I don't think that did too well. Also, Chaos Gate was rediculously hard.

And I don't know if FO is on hold. I do know that there was some intense discussion going on over the intellectual property and production rites, but last I heard it was in production

So i thought EA made a MMO of 40K that was basically rushed.

Batman: Arkham City and Skyrim for me too. I've pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of Arkham City since it's actually quite a reasonable price here, only an extra £15 for various goodies, not going to bother with the Skyrim Collector's Edition though as it was a huge let-down; for the price, none of it's really that brilliant, and definitely not very collectable (a big problem with most "Collector's" editions!).

Am looking forward to Mass Effect 3 as well, but that's a while away yet.

Skyrim looks cool but i really don't have a computer i want to put it on.
So what i'm likely to do is wait for the game of the year version comes out and buy that so i have all the DLCs.
