I mostly joined this site because a friend of mine recommended it for me to do plays and stuff, hopefully it's not all with the same person and I get to do some more with other people, while possibly trying to build up a friendship in the process oop

Yo, this place seems dead. o.o Been 17 years since I first found it, what's even keeping this place up and running? It's practically a miracle!

I kinda assume that the site admin still keeps it running for a few friends, but yeah it seems like the only ones here regularly are a few people in the roleplay section. Every once in a blue moon someone like Misc or the like may pop in a sec, but that's about it. I'm not all that surprised though. Like you said, it's honestly a bit miraculous that this site's got any population at all, especially given that it was originally centered around a dead flash game. Actually, it'd be cool to do a "Down the Rabbit Hole" type study of the site, maybe interview Renara or Misc or one of the people who were here when it was first made.

I think the RP section is what keeps it alive, and there's a handful or three of people who keep posting.

Will be a sad day if it ever does go down.

We can revive this site together! Once we get past those pesky post approval limitations. Quick, somebody start making a Legend of Krystal game!

Does anyone have the story on what happened with the K Fox game? Were there versions released? How and when did it start going bad?

I don't think it necessarily went bad per se. Sure there were duds from time to time, but we're talking about amateur game devs working with a player/setup that was getting long in the tooth. Especially over the years. Ultimately just life and time happened to LOK, both the game and the site.
