Trying to have an uncorrupted paladin-type char in the game is impossible!
I've tried.
And tried.
And almost suceeded.
But horribly failed.
And tried again.

Yeah I tried too.... I lasted about five minutes LOL. At some point, you just have to accept some corruption. Its just too fun not to!

If by paladin you mean uncorrupted and 100% human all the way than it is not that hard really. Just have to be aware what to look out for.

I only ever use autosaving. It keeps a genuine survival experience.
Also, screw equnium. I just wanted a horsey endowment and I became a horse!

No way to change back to human so you might as well save just before using a item. That being said.... survival? If You lose then your fucked or game ove. If latter your going to restart anyways from a new game or a save. In other words, just use the damn saves!

Actually, there are a few ways to turn back to human. For example, just now before I typed this, I met a bunnygirl in the Plains. When you 'converse' with her (As a male and not taking it up the arse) she'll give you an egg that has a chance of reverting a major change from something else the first time. The same goes with harpies and their golden seeds for females.
Also, STFU about my hard-on for hardcore survival!

Eh, hardcore doesn't really make sense as i said. I've play many runs as a virgin character without needing to load. I think the
place you'll have problems is the swamp since most of the 4 other places are newish to me. but in general if you level up correctly, you shouldn't have much trouble.

Because so many fans pestered him about it, Fen added an item called "Hummis" that reverts EVERYTHING whether that be TFs or stat increases. Here's the wiki page: http://cocwiki.org/wiki/Hummis

Actually there are few other items that can make you human again
Ectoplasm : gives you human penis
Incubi Draft/succubi milk / pure : gives human face and skin
Golden seed and Magic seed: Gives human face, eyes, ears and removes gills
Goblin Ale: human hair, arms. face, eyes, skin and removes antennae, fins, gills and wings

Note that all of those can also turn your other body parts into different things so careful about using them(still dont know how to change legs -_-)

That i knew about, the problem with that is the curse that comes with it. I always let her live since it makes must be really embarasaning for the demon to know she got defeated by a HUUUMAAAN

You can do one of three things, either alter your body in some way (bigger dick) which then gives you a higher minimum lust, you can kill her, or you can let her go. I've only ever gotten added body types so I don't know what the other two do later down the line.
