You can not shoot anything at dark matter since (as I said) neither emits nor absorbs light or other electromagnetic radiation. Thus light has no effect on it. As a matter of fact there is dark matter betwene you and the screen you are looking at right now. The existence of dark matter is scientificaly accepted but its extistance was only proven with math.

and by removing dark matter we would fly away. Dark matter is what keeps us near sun not the other way around.

EDIT: Wait WHAT? giant Microscopic light beam? This "giant - Microscopic" does not mix well.

Yes, A giant microscope that shoots a light beam that is tiny!
Why not just make a small microscope? Because the kind of refraction you need to create the beam of light that can penetrate the dark matters matter splitting it and causing it to implode in on itself.

^ no I wasn't being serious.

I personally think that we can't say something is for certain until we have more facts. Can you prove it more way's then math?

Well you said "giant Microscopic light beam" not "giant Microscope that shoots light beam". By saying "giant Microscopic" means that the light beam is "big" and "small" at the same time.

And no the exisctance of dark matter can not be proven any other way than math. Dark matter is something that "hypoteticaly" must exist even if its existance can only be proven by mathematical calculations.
As far as obervation goes it can be only oberved by the fact that we did not fly away from the sun yet.

Also Darkness or dark is not a real thing that can be mesured. Becouse Darkness is only absence of "light" that we can observe and mesure.

I have observed dark matter before. It is really boring, actually. It just sits there all lumpy.

I observed dark matter. It was dark.

All joking aside, I don't know what dark matter is. Is it a fundamental particle responsible for mass (like the gluon is responsible for weak magnetic force, the higg's boson for gravity, etc)?

Like I said it was a joke. I wasn't being serious chill Mr. D.

If you take that seriously I will take "Observing an absence." Seriously.
You can't observe an absence of something that isn't real as you put it. "Darkness or dark is not a real thing that can be measured, for darkness or dark, is the absence of "light" that we can observe and measure." Which I find incorrect as far as we don't know if there is other placeholder's in the world and the best you could do is get rough estimation/guess for you can't calculate something that isn't observable and you can't measure something if you don't know how many are in an area at one given time, the way we "know" as in the sense of for sure is seeing them and we can't see them so technically we can't know for sure.

All joking aside I find it's like the 0 then, a placeholder for something that we have no set value for. It's just there to show this is why this is this.

Hey here is a fun fact I just learned: Male platypi have a pair of spurs on their hind legs that they use for defense and dominance duels. They deliver a brutal dose of venom that will put a human being into the emergency room and leave him writhing in muscle-impaired agony for months.

The platypus is mother nature's way of saying, "I made this thing out of spare parts I found on the workshop floor, and it can still fucking cripple you."

Nature hates us all, and humans suck as a species.

Lolz, I learned this on animal planet but it's a fun fact none the less.

Yeah Mr. D I figured like I was saying I was kidding :)

Fun Fact: Human's are made of mostly water, Planet is made of mostly Water.

Now for the joke:
So..it's a common design in the universe right?! :D I just cracked the meaning of life. We are mostly water and are trying to die so we can be apart of the main body of water..I am a fucking genius..

Troll logic: We are mostly Water, Planet is mostly water, we all go drown ourselves to be apart of the water that is so apart of us. We don't actually drown and turn to water people, be evaporated into sky! HEAVEN TICKET! PROBLEM GOD?

Did you know a female angler fish can grow up to three feet while a male angler fish can only grow to about three inches? As soon as the male angler fish is born he has to try to find a mate and bite onto her until her skin grows over his! So he gets absorbed into the female angler fish. He eats what she eats and so on. Isn't that amazing?

Fact: The Egyptian pyramids were built not by slaves, but by well–fed, skilled laborers, who were given proper housing and living quarters. So yeah, you see this?

On top of that is "slave" and "well-fed, skilled laborers, who were given proper housing and living quarters" mutually exclusive?

Funny stuff.

Fun fact here: Earth is not mostly water. The earth is actually 0.0232 % water by mass.

Troll logic? Meet science.
