Here is a list of the cheats, what they do and how to get if you want proof:
OffTheBoat - Give the option to start at the beginning of Act 2, allows you to take 2 items from Act 1 with you - Complete 100% of objectives in Act 1
TowardTheHorde - Able to disable a single enemy type in horde mode - Beat the pirate boss, save the captain, Save the rabbit wizard (forgot her name) and kill the slime boss
VillagePillage - same as OffTheBoat except enables quick access to Act 3 and take 3 items which could be got from Act 1 and 2 - Visit the rabbit wizard's house, Save Krystal (if not playing as her), Complete the episode as well as fix the Dunerunner tank with the three parts found at the end of various areas (slightly buggy, i only gave 2 pieces and it finished, as well as i would say "is it working now" and they'd take the part off saying it's theirs)
SwordOfTheHorde - Disable 3 types of enemy in Horde mode - Defeat at least 30 enemies in Act 2
The Items you choose after entering one of the cheats to skip an Act also are given to you in horde mode.

NotToThirty - Gives the player thirty continues
SlimeTime - upon starting Act one, this takes you straight to the boss - not confirmed yet
All cheats have to be re-enabled every time you press the quit button
