What is a good free-ware virus-free torrent reader.

Not installing illegal free copies of games, its just to install the torrent of the open beta of Blacklight Retribution. Because the direct download has missing packets that everyone is having problems with. But the torrent seems to work just fine, and its offered by the company.

Utorrent free is virus free but does not protect against viruses in the files itself. I also have black light retribution but I think either I'm missing files (like you suggested) or my video card/ RAM simply can't handle the game because every time I go into a game with other players it lags then stops working.

Seconding uTorrent, great little piece of portable software.
If you're concerned about viruses:
A) always read the comments on a torrent before downloading it
B) Only download torrents from reputable sites/uploaders
C) get a good anti-virus (Avast, AVG, or Microsoft Security Essentials are good free choices)
