She almost giggles happily at that before asking, "Then do you want to take this somewhere more private," There is a sudden change in her voice as her eyes narrow on you with murderous intent, "Or do you plan on starting shit in this crowd?" That... actually physically felt like a death threat, should you dare take the later option.

"Alright, we can find a nice private location for this if you like." I growl down at the shrimp. Nobody is putting my fun and excitement on hold so they can be a petty tyrant!

"Alright then," She chuckles, looking down to her a... 'phone.' She taps on it a couple of time, flicks her wrist with it and the space next distorts before tearing, revealing a portal. Gesturing for you to go through the portal she announces, "Beyond this is our training grounds. It's designed to endure quite a bit of punishment so we don't have to worry about collateral damage."

So, beating her up and then ravaging the short stack so she's sitting on a tummy full of cum bigger than she is is fine? ... I think this might be one of the first times one of my PCs has gotten to father some children in a while. Last one I can think of was in Astaroth, most of my PCs wind up getting bred not doing the breeding in our stories.

I stare at the portal, walking around it before I consider entering, the strangeness of new magic odd as I take what mental notes I can and enter. Hopefully, I'll be able to do some work, even if I haven't gotten a chance to munch down a magic core.

As I recall you specifically recalled this one to be more you fathering children then the other way around... and I do generally view getting a breeding pet as something you have to work for... and relatedly you will eventually knock the smug shortstack up(and her whole team,) and probably as one of the first, but remember... you have just acquired super-powers, and you're facing someone who has super-powers, and while yes they are weaker, she knows how to use them. You're not going to just curbstomp her. It won't be likely but you could win here... the point is more to show the character does have plenty of room to grow. If that can be accomplish with you managing to pull out a win since yes, you are being underestimated, I don't mind a win... though probably not the best to immediately fuck her on the spot since this isn't an empty building.

The portal is strange... it doesn't seem like it's coming from the shortstack... or even the device, but more like it was cast remotely. Stepping through you find yourself in a mass gymnasium, big enough to fit a football field into... actually that might have been what it was at one point, but now the walls are padded, the ground is soft, and any seating is behind one way-reinforced glass. As you marvel, the smug girl enters behind you, dismissing the couple of people in the room, before stepping some distance away, "So this is the pride and join of the magic engineers. Short of throwing city block busting magic, this can contain any magic we throw around, and even make sure we don't accidentally kill each other. Though we don't have to take it that far. I'll even let you set the rules."

I pause to think for a moment. I recall that I'm not that well versed in magic, although I can use some if I allow 'my' instincts to take over. Boosting magic is one of the few I have at least a decent feel for, so I think it'd be best to lead with that.

Of course, I'm a bit salty about the attitude, "I'm thinking till first blood or the equivalent of a debilitating injury. Probably." I feel myself starting to cool a bit, the adrenaline outweighed by the fact that I haven't actually fought yet.

Thanks for continuing with that. IIRC, Roberta has boosting to add to her already impressive physique and some kind of cutting beams, but little else so far?

"It looks like you don't have any weapons, so I won't use mine," She smirks, clearly thinking this will be an easy fight, as she tosses her sword off to the side. With the raw indignation cooling down, and letting thought come out... she does seem very confident... and really the only thing you fought were oversized bugs that only knew how to charge into the blender your arms were making.

Not really a cutting 'beam.' More like a... refining of a chop so that the damage is more focused, thus acting like a blade. I.E. it concentrates the force of the chop from like a centimeter to like a millimeter. Without the movement of the arms, it can't actually do anything.

A sledge hammer is a poor match for an actual sword anyway, so I nod in thanks before I let my body flow into the forms I require using before. Hopefully, my magic will kick in a bit to go with the specialized movements.

Going to be honest... forgot you had a sledgehammer. Going to just assume the captain thought it as more of a tool than an intentional weapon.

You prepare yourself, flooding your muscles with magic, making yourself feel lighter and more responsive. With that Vallis takes out a coin, explaining, "Alright, let's do best two out of three... I'm going to toss this into the air, and when it hits the ground, the match starts. If you got anything left to say, now would be the time."

I enjoy the flood of magical energy, both more potent and more efficient than what I could perform in my old body. I ignore the strange sensation from my chest as my body becomes more excited and I focus on her, pulling up both arms to cover my lower face like a boxer, assuming my hands don't find their own form that they prefer. With a nod, I watch her toss the coin, moving toward her as fast as possible once we start.

It seems she has the same idea, and she's faster, and slips a fist past your stance. You feel an impact on your chest... though it only stings and isn't crippling... though Vallis doesn't seem to realize it's ineffectiveness just yet.

I do my best to grab at her arm, trying to wrap around it and grapple with her. I'm a lot bigger than she is, and even then, I'm quite a bit stronger than I look.

Despite how fast she is, you manage to catch and bind her arm... only for her to flip up and immediately and dual heal kick your face... That one actually hurt and was disorienting, but your good grip on her arm meant she still couldn't get away. Though as she catches herself she marvels, "Damn... you sure you're not a troll instead?"

I shake my head trying to reorient myself, but feeling an arm in my grip, I keep it closed down tightly, refusing to give up any advantage. "Might be." I grunt out before I try to turn her locked position into a punching bag if she's at range, returning to a grapple and head lock if she's still close enough.

You feel her hand grip you in return, sharp claws biting into your flesh... though you don't feel any blood dripping so at least there is that.
Roll 13
Despite your grip, she is still fast and agile, squirming away from any chance to grapple her more, so you turn to beat her into submission. Still, she manages to block, deflect or even dodge the worst of it. After a minute of you pummeling her, her free arm is badly bruised and scrapped, yet she still has an eager grin, enjoying every second of this... And you're starting to feel some magic stirring in her.

I let out a snarling grunt, my focused attack doing a decent amount of damage before I shift my grip slightly, hoping to shift her into a headlock, flaring my own magical abilities to enhance my body.

Unfortunately you shifting your grip seemed to be exactly what she was waiting for as a massive flare of magic, your magic, encompasses her, and with equal strength she wretched her arm out of your grasp as her free one gives you a mighty blow to the head, and one of her legs sweeps one of yours. You recover quick enough but she has placed quite a distance between the two of you now... though at least you notice the flare of magic fading from her... In addition to the bruises you left on her arm. Still with that grin she comments, "Have to admit, I'm impressed... Didn't think you'd force one of my trump cards... especially in the first fight... I certainly did underestimate you."

I work my jaw a bit, still a bit miffed that my newfound magic isn't as powerful as I'd hoped. It's probably not reasonable to expect it to be that powerful, but still, a boy... girl can hope. I get back up, more slowly than I could if I were pushing myself, hoping this gives her a wrong impression as I reset for another go.

This time, I work my way through a few different strategies, reacting if they seem to be working. I've tried grappling, and while that worked for a while, it didn't seem to stay that well. This time, I go for more range, trying to keep her at my much longer arms length, using a more boxing oriented style with mostly arm strikes. After that, I switch to a more mobile style, constantly circling her in tight arcs, using my newly working body to constantly shift positions around her at top speed.

Once again she quickly closes the distance, though it looks like your acting worked out as she doesn't quite manage to dodge your sudden hook, catching her nose with a loud pop. Soon enough blood pours down her face and she tsks, "First blood..." With a quick jerk, she pops it into place, "Honestly I should use my weapon, considering I've hit you blows that would knock most people out, and you look like you didn't even feel it." She walks off to the side of the arena to grab a towel to wipe off the blood, and when she finishes, she looks unharmed. Her nose is fine... the bruises from blocking your blows are gone... Nothing. "Oh well, just means I need to get serious."

"Well, I mean, I could go get my sledge hammer. Or something." I try to summon up the ability I demonstrated against the bugs, hoping I can mimic a set of claws with which to defend myself. I'm not as worried if she can heal that quickly, and decide not to engage in torso oriented strikes, but maintain the high speed movements, as that seems to work the best for me. I'll definitely need to see about getting my hands on some short blades to see if I can lean into my speed a bit more.
