You hop and move to the camp to search it. It doesn't even have a bed roll. The only thing marking the camp is the fire and a few stones. Returning you find that either the magical circle has expired and she didn't realize or she's given up hiding. She's just sitting there in the corner, arms wrapped around her legs.

She's making an internal connection between her womb and the bio-accelerant reservoir so she can pump herself full without riding a dick. The other option is to attach a cock to a saddle to ride, claiming it's a different creature.

"I didn't find anything useful there, did you hide anything you want me to get?" I ask her, but try to be gentle. I did just kidnap her, even if I plan to let her go. "The way I figure it, you're being tracked and hunted by the centaurs, I am not, so if you can point me a direction to go, I can transport you quite a distance away and they'll have no way to track you between here and there. All I'm asking for is some information in exchange, although I can also let you go once I get the information I need."

This is... awkward. I move closer slowly, sitting down next to her and holding her shoulder, trying to offer comfort. I've been there, even if it was before my own memory started working. "I'd offer to trade something for the knowledge, but I don't think I have the sort of things you're talking about. I can be here for you though." I tell her, knowing sometimes that's all you can do.

"Depends on the size of the force holding them. Are we talking a few dozen bandits, or an army? Either way, there's the possibility I could sneak in, bring them all into here and then help them escape once more. Why don't you tell me what happened and I'll think about what I might be able to offer you." I try. She's angry. Angry is better than depression.

"You mention the centaurs... did you?" She pauses for a long moment, studying you, "Who are you? What race are you? Where did you come from?"

"Not in that order, my name is Suku, the centaurs or dead or doing a very good impression, and I'm a member of the supreme monster race, a dragon!" I say, holding up my hands and acting like I don't know how little intimidating a set of trimmed nails and retracted fangs are. "And who are you, and what race?"

She looks at you for a long moment, before stating, "Well if you don't want to be truthful then at least chose something believable. Dragons don't exist." Sighing she stands up giving you an actually good look at her, "I am Yuna, princess of the kitsune race. The centaurs have been long standing rivals of ours, greedily wanting our land and now that the fortress guarding our valley has been destroyed along with most of our military, the centaurs have won. A lost patrol doesn't mean anything!" She nearly shouts that last bit, apparently infuriated by your ignorance.

I tick off on my fingers, counting. "Yuna, princess of Kitsune. Centaurs attacked your valley and overran the fort, and scattered your forces. Makes sense so far. Any allies or rebels nearby? Many of my services are for hire. I can see about getting you to them. If you can do your little invisibility trick on me, I might even be able to sneak into their camp and rescue anyone they've captured. I can't fight an army, not yet anyway, but I could do that. I could poison their food as well. Again, going to depend on what services you can afford and what kind of situation is going on." I don't let her anger affect me, continuing the flippant mercenary personality. This was a suggestion for a cover story, one I was a bit uncomfortable with, but the lifestyle was one that lent itself to my mission.

"Sneak me to who? They own my country now. It's not like you bringing me to my father, assuming they didn't execute him on sight, is going to improve my situation!" She continues to snap, "We've isolated ourselves for centuries so we don't have allies, only the occasional trading partner, and I have no money any more so I can't hire any mercenaries! I've lost everything!"

"Trading partners might work, they're at least going to be upset with the centaurs for ruining a good thing. Or if the centaurs have any enemies, those might work as well. And you still have your time and energy to bargain with, I need some information and assistance with the locals. I'm not from around here, traveling mishap, you know?" I wave that off. I sober up a bit. "You've fallen. Hard. Nothing can be done about that. The question is what are you going to do next?" I look at her in seriousness.

"What can I do? As it is, I'm a prisoner here! You could eat me and I couldn't do anything about it!" She retorts, your comment not exactly calming her down.

"I could dump you back outside and leave? Would you be better alone or with me? You also have your magic, something I'd be interested in learning."

"I know nothing about you, so I can hardly answer that question now can I?" She retorts with a huff.

I mull that over for a bit, before I stand up and look at her. "Alright." I pop my claws and scales, triggering the reaction that makes my pupils stretch. "My name is Suku Shadowtail. I'm a dragon." I tell her, holding up one hand, I summon a bit of magic, letting it cycle through my fire rune in my meridian before I draw the mana back into myself.

She looks at you for a moment, her tails and ears disappearing as she holds out her hands, generating a blue flame between them, "You're not talking to an uneducated bumpkin you can dazzle. Dragons don't exist. Stop lying."

"So... that's a polymorph magic, plus the illusion magic you used to hide earlier, not a bad set. Tell me, what magic am I using to do this?" I pop my scales and claws in and out a few times. Most dragons impregnate their flesh with mana to harden it, but my own abilities as a venom dragon seemed to favor creating actual metallic scales. "Anyway, that's not important. What is this?" I make a lifting gesture, pulling the giant lizard out of storage under the 'ground' and lifting it up. "I killed it, but I'm not sure how much of it is valuable or worth extracting. I've got a wolf as well, but that's neither here or there." I decide to move on. Convincing her I'm a dragon and that she should be flattered to even be talking to me. It also gives her something to talk about besides wallowing in self pity.

"I'm not a counter-mage, how would I be able to tell? Polymorph I'd imagine," She huffs. As you pull out the lizard, her demeanor changes completely, stunned by some combination of the sudden appearance and what it was. "That's a fucking basilisk! You killed that on your own? Are you mad?! If you got turned to stone who'd saved you?"

"Would you like me to close my eyes and I can smell your magic for you?" I raise an eyebrow.

"Basilisk, big lizard fucker, whatever. So, does it spit some kind of poison or something? Wait, it tried to cast something on me, so I'm guessing it is a natural spell caster? Hm, you don't know where it keeps those magical organs or meridians, do you?" I mutter, bringing the severed head closer. I don't recall it gesturing at me, so I'm betting some kind of head mounted spell system.
