"Maybe... but then again they may decide to sit on it for now. From what I heard there is going to be a shortage of traditional gunpowder, so they might wait until the scarcity reach a boiling point and capitalize on it," I speculate.

Fynn nods, "That makes sense, but do be careful. People that gouge prices in emergencies often build a lot of bad blood very quickly. You should have seen some of the ammo hoarders happy as they carted out whole cartons of ammunition get verbally shat on by their friends for that kind of thing." Strange world she's from, but you suppose worth considering?

"You assume that the mere fact we are entering the powder market isn't going to generate bad blood. I doubt many will be eager to switch to our new type of powder, especially since you mentioned that traditional black powder guns might not be safe to use with this powder. Besides, if we raise the price due to the increased demand, that would only cause more bad blood then if we set the price at the start. Still, it's not my choice, so who knows what the elders plan," I shrug.

She nods along, "I didn't pay as much attention in my business classes as I probably should have, but I'll let you handle that." Fynn comments to you, before seeming to pause. A hand drifts down, massaging her slightly swollen tummy.

"I can only recommend to the council, they are still the final say," I shrug, before noticing her hand and joining her, "So how are they holding up?"

She nods at your suggestion, blushing slightly at your question. "I think my pups are doing good. They're big and strong, like their father."

I blush at that... I've... never been called big or strong before. It was surprisingly embarrassing and I would have told her not to lie, if I didn't know she was completely serious. Turning to hid my blush I stammer out a, "That's good." to get any response out.

"What? What's so strange?" She asks, not catching on. She is quite a bit shorter than you, maybe her race has backwards gender dimorphism?

"Well, you've seen how most of the tribe is... I never been in the position of being... the strong one," I mumble out with strong blush.

"Maybe so, but they don't see it that way," I gently hugging her, "You remember my mom right? She thought you were a child and still treats me like her 'little boy,' and she's not in the minority."

She lets out a snort. "Right, childlike, when I'm swollen out to here with pups." Fynn says, leaning into you and stroking her belly. She leans further onto you, seeming to be ready for snuggles if nothing else.

"Well, listen to some of the amazons, and that's all males are good for," I chuckle before pulling her close and giving her a kiss, "Oh, and it will probably be time soon for another expedition."

"Well, you are quite good at it, mister stuff me full." She says, nodding but looking a little worried at your suggestion. "I'll start work on yours soon." She mumbles into your shoulder.

"Yeah well, I rather them not deciding that I would be utilized by tasking me to be a breeding toy," I retort with a slightly wry tone, before giving her another kiss, "I would appreciate it. It certainly would be reassuring to have one my lovely mate's new firearms backing me up, since I don't know if you will be able to come on account of the pups."

"Most of the males I knew would be fine with that assignment." She mutters but does enjoy your attention.

"They wouldn't have much choice in the matter," I shrug, "It's not like I don't like breeding women, but that's not all I want to be."

"Oh, you like breeding women, do you? Not just me? I guess I'll have to be more aggressive." She snickers to you, trying to roll you onto the ground, but struggling at the size difference and her own unusual distribution.
