Looking, it seems... ah, you've gained quite a bit more mana than you had before to make changes to your cave. The overhaul will cost you almost eighty percent of your stockpile, but the amount you've got left will equal almost half what you had to begin with. Setting to work, you lose yourself for a bit before a loud purring interrupts you and Velvet taps you on the shoulder, beaming in happiness. "She's ready."

Well, that worked out. I start to make the changes when I'm interrupted by Velvet, and I can't help but show my confusion on my face, "She? Ready for...?"

"Your first brood!" She says, dragging you toward where you left the gargoyle woman. She's still massive, but her softly glowing stomach is much more taught than the soft squishy form you recall, and a bit lumpy, the eggs seeming to have been fully shelled. She begins to moan in a lusty roar of surprise.

My what? Panic begins to rush through my mind as I try to figure out what is happening and upon seeing the girl it comes to the surface. "Oh my god! What do we do? Can we help? Do we need to get anything?"

"Just hold her hand." The gargoyle woman's hand finds your shortly after she begins to convulse. Her hand clamps down on yours, nearly breaking your hand as she gasps before a long moan escapes her lips and she arches so sharply, her back is lifted off the floor before a gush of fluid precedes a large egg that Velvet deftly catches and sets aside. You're barely able to control yourself as you watch the birth of these eggs. By the time she's done, there's a good six of them, and they're drinking in the mana around them at an accelerated rate, the tough leathery hide growing.

I grip onto her hand, hurriedly trying to comfort her, realizing that I don't actually know her name. Regardless, I stay with her watching as she delivers her eggs. With them eggs delivered I check on the gargoyle once more before looking at Velvet, "I take it we don't have a proper place to... nest them? What do we need?"

She's panting, and flush in the face as she leans against your hand, seeming to be bringing herself back down from the intensity of the birthing process. "Don't worry about them, give them a few hours and they should hatch and be start growing up." Velvet tells you.

My anxiety doesn't go away, but it is tempered. Velvet is the expert here so I pretty much have to trust her. "Okay... so what now?"

"Weeeeell, we could check in on the snake girls, although none of them were virgins, so they've likely done this kind of thing before. Or you could spend some time cuddling with your little gargoyle girl. Psst, you should also ask her name." She whispers the last part, but she's right. You actually let her birth your children before you learned her name.

Looking around, I decide to look after on the gargoyle girl, since this seems very new to her. I lift her head up and place it on my lap as I gently stroke her 'hair.' "So it might be a little late, but I don't believe we exchanged names. My name is Adam."

She's panting but clutches at your hand, seeming to have become fascinated with it once more. "I'm Benihara." She says simply, before moving your hand back on top of her head, before she stares you in the eyes.

As she places my hand back I continue to pet her, before commenting, "May I call you by a nickname?" I begin toying with her name to find a simpler thing to call her by, deciding on "How about Hara?"

She headbutts your hand and tells you can call her whatever you like. She starts to wrap around you again, and unless you want to carry her around like a backpack, you'd probably best put a hold on that.

I figure she's probably not as experience dealing with other 'people' so much of her interpersonal skills are going to be from A) animals B) observing people from far away.

I mean she is a monster girl so the idea of her being feral isn't exactly unreasonable.

As she tries to wrap around me I put a slight bit of force in my hand to hold her in place, "I'm sorry Hara, but I have somethings to do. We can cuddle when it's time for bed. Please hold on until then."

She gives you a pout and seems to purr louder before withdrawing to sulk a bit, her tail swishing back and forth.

"Alright, let's check up on the nagas," I announce, before leading the way out. On the way I look over to Velvet, "So what else can we do? Considering I'm public enemy number 1, and basically stuck here, I'm a little anxious about just sitting of my hands and wait for people to show up to kill me."

"Weeeeeeelll, we could always have a bit of funnnnn." She wheedles at you, leading you toward the Nagas. They seem to be doing much better than Hara is, and they're actually halfway through their births by the time you get there. There's a lot more eggs than what Hara produced, but they seem... weaker. Even so, you can feel a... tug from the dungeon, like it's already nearing its limit on how much it can support right now.

"Is there really nothing we can do?" I inquire, still more then slightly nervous at my sudden position. At least the naga are doing fine. After quickly checking up on them, I let them be as I move to the heart. Okay... so we have as much as we can support right now, so how do we improve that. I turn to Velvet, "Okay, so... how do I improve the dungeon? ... Like capacity wise? Or anything other than adding rooms."

I'm trying to think of what else you could do in a sex dungeon besides sex or dungeon things. I don't know, does he have any hobbies like blacksmithing?

Also, let me know if I've managed to forget once again how the magic is supposed to work. IIRC, sex in general is power, but he has to seduce or kill mortals to get dungeon points to improve his dungeon.

"If you don't want to have sex, you can just say so." She pouts before returning her attention to the question. "If you're not interested in sex or building the dungeon, I suppose we could practice your magic a bit or spar?" She thinks for a moment, although it's less like she's trying to remember something and more like thinking on how to articulate it. "Okay, so imagine that monster magic is water and mortal magic is clay. If you want to build a bigger bowl to hold more water, you need more clay. But the clay is only useful for gathering the water, see? It's not the best analogy, but it'll work for now." She seems satisfied with that explanation.

Okay, to simplified it with an analogy to game mechanics, sex grants mana, while seducing mortals grant xp. Sex gives the stuff that is used day to day while mortals improves what can be done.

Also, time skip until the next major event? That way you don't have to try to figure something out until Adam just calms his nerves.

"So that's what we need adventurers for?" I think outloud, already having a good idea of the answer, "Okay... well for now I want to train some more."
