Alex pulled off his jacket as he waited for her to catch up. "Alright well then get used to wearing stuff like this. Cus you're right, I am really distracted and part of it is you walking around in that sexy ass outfit."

she scowls, " fine, but I'm not happy about it" she tells you

Alex stuck his tongue out at her. "Look you can wear that on the ship and flaunt it for me. I'll make sure to reward you with plenty of kisses and hugs and sex."

she chuckles " you have a one track mine" she tells you

Alex stopped and turned. "Actually I'm just trying to distract myself with positive thoughts. My worries are...well not something I care to dwell on."

she nods " I understand, but don't worry I can look after myself, I know how to fight" she tells you

Alex shook his head and spoke. "Sometimes knowing how to fight won't save you. Some times you face enemies that you can't kill quick enough. I worry that maybe I won't teach you enough or maybe I won't be able to watch your back. I worry that two months into our journey together I'll be cradling your dead body...."
He looked at the ground somberly when he finished.

she shakes her head, and says something that can't be translated, " you can't worry like that," she tells you

Alex pulled her close to him again and kissed her. He spoke after their lips parted. "What was that first thing you said. I couldn't quite understand you."

"<untranslatable>" she repeats, again with the same result

Alex frowned and spoke. "It's seems that phrase won't be something I'll understand anytime soon."

" uh it is like.... uh, there is no point in worrying about the future" she tells you

Alex nodded as she spoke, and waited until she finished to answer. "I'll try not to, but it's not easy."

she nods " I'll be fine," she repeats with a smile, " and I'll protect you too" she tells you

Alex pulled her into a hug and gave her a long kiss. "We'll protect each other okay?"

she nods " yes," she says with a smile once the kiss ended,

Alex smirked and spoke as he stepped back from her. "I'll buy some good armor to go with your gun."

" I don't need a gun I have my bow," she reminds you " and my spear" she adds

Alex shook his head and began walking. "No not everything or everyone can be killed with those. I will get you a better spear though. Always good to have a melee weapon."
