Checking several of the videos you find them a mix of the boy's sister changing clothes or showering and several of his mother. The clips of his mother only last a few second before the camera shuts off, while those of his sister run until she leaves the bathroom.

When you check the browser history you notice nothing out of the ordinary, a bunch of gaming websites and minimal social networking. If the young man was up to something he was smart enough to use incognito too... when you remember the sub folder and jackpot, you find his porn stash. There's a myriad of videos covering an apparent host of different fetishes.

It's a simple matter of collecting a few examples of his camera work onto a USB.

It seemed he was right that the boy was only really interested in seeing his sister as every recording of his mother ended rather abruptly. He was clearly checking in though it was strange that he hadn't bothered to remove those videos. Perhaps, he just did it en masse at regular intervals to save time. He made a quick check to see how long ago the oldest recording was made before he moved on to the browser.

He huffed in annoyance when he saw the rather tame browsing history. Either his sister provided enough entertainment for his lusts, or he was more careful about his internet use than the rest of his behavior. Then he stumbled onto his porn stash. He looked through the videos wondering what, besides his incestual desire for his sister the boy seemed to be into while the USB device copied down some of his personal recordings.

Looking though the collection you find the earliest downloads seem to quite vanilla and generic, though as time goes on a trend of fetishes do emerge. Voyeurism starts to appear as theme in many of videos though more recently you notice a trend in the videos of the Voyeur being caught and attacked or the Voyeur trapping or attacking the woman being watched. The latest download is titled "Voyeur caught and Femdomed".

Checking your watch you notice a couple of hours have gone by while you trawled through the son's computer. They should be returning in an hour or so and then there was also tonights dinner with Mr Sinclair across the road.

He smirked as he noticed the evolution of the boy's tastes and making him wonder. Did the boy start looking into voyeur before or after he started spying on his sister? He also noticed videos hinting at an interest at going after his sister or getting caught and punished by her.

Seeing the time, he grabbed everything he'd prepared putting things back the way he had found them. Once out of the room, he'd drop his evidence in his panic room to make sure it isn't found by accident. He'd have to figure out later how to confront the boy with the materials. For now, he had to prepare for a dinner date to get to know his mysterious neighbor. Deciding it was better to be safe than sorry, he set out some formalwear but grabbed something more comfortable to toss in the trunk. If he was overdressed, he'd just grab that and borrow one of Mr. Sinclair's rooms to get changed.

As you start to change you hear the hum of the automatic garage door start to roll up and the sound of Miranda's car pulling in. You finish up and step out just in time to see the two sullen pups head to their rooms, Xander as distant as he usually is while Alexa seems to have a bee in her bonnet again.

"...so what if I bought the same one, you used to think that was cute..." You hear Miranda shout after them as she walks in from the garage, arms filled with bags, "Oh, Mr Shinz, don't you look fancy? Did you need anything before you left?"

She walks past and drops several paper shopping bags on the couch before taking the others to the kitchen to unload groceries.

Edward sighed in relief as he heard the garage door open up. It seemed he had picked the perfect moment to get out of Xander's room. Both children seem sullen though he supposed the boy was just ready to get back to his computer while the girl seemed to have gotten been upset about something Miranda had done. He smirked as he heard Miranda. She must have thought it would be nice to have an outfit that matched something Alexa wanted.

"Yes, the dress code for this dinner wasn't made clear, so I decided not to take chances. You only get one chance for a first impression after all. I think I should be set for now. How went the shopping trip?" He knew a good bit of the answer already, but it never hurt to show interest every now and again.

"Oh... ummm... fine... fine, about as good as you can expect," Miranda sounds surprised at your sudden interest, though all you see is her tail wagging back and forth over the kitchen island as she bends over to stock the fridge.

Looking at the bags on the couch you notice two seem to be from a swimwear shop, one with Miranda's name on it and other Alexa's. With Miranda preoccupied, a quick peak reveals the same bikini combo in each bag, though the one in Miranda's bag is far larger than her athletic daughters.

"Oh, I'm sure you'll do fine, Mr Sinclaire is one for showing off the finer things, I'm surprised he's not a peacock or something," Miranda continues, chuckling to herself.

Edward smirked at the surprise she showed. Enjoying how she didn't know what to expect from him. Keeping her from getting too comfortable could prove rather amusing, and he couldn't help but notice that the way she bent over almost put her ass on display.

Looking through the bags, he found what he suspected was the cause of the fight between the mother and daughter. Matching bikinis, huh. He could almost imagine the pair of them dressed in the matching outfits showing off the daughter's fit young body and the mother's far more ample curves. He couldn't help but wonder how Miranda planned to go out dressed like that if she was uncomfortable wading into his personal pool though.

As she joked about Mr. Sinclair not being a peacock, he realized he had no idea what Mr. Sinclair even was. He'd presumed that he was probably human, but he didn't know for sure. He shrugged the question off though as he'd figure it out soon enough. "I should consider returning the favor of him inviting me over. I'm thinking perhaps a Beach Barbeque."

(sorry for the delay, life went crazy again as it is want to do)

"A Barbeque?" Miranda sounds slightly shocked and you see her ears perk up from above the lip of the island, "Oh, we haven't had one of those in years, are you much of pit master or should I start going back through my old contacts?"

Closing the door, she straightens up and stretches, oblivious to how her chest strains against her salmon coloured polo as she pants lightly. Turning her back, she grabs a glass and fills it with water from the sink. Thinking back to the bikini's imagine how ridiculous she would look squeezed into her daughters one.

Edward nodded, "no, I'm not much on the grill, so the contact list should be good. Do we have a grill? If it's been a while since it's been used, we'll need to check if it's still in working order."

Out of the corner of his eye, he couldn't help but eye her chest as it strains her shirt his mind even going so far as to imagine her wearing the bikini that had been clearly meant for her daughter. Deciding to have some fun, he walked up behind her and put a hand on her shoulder. "Well, I should be going now. Not sure when I'll be back tonight." As he turned to walk away, he let the hand on her shoulder slip downward brushing lightly against her rear as if the touch had been unintentional while he made his way toward his car.

"Hmmmmm... I think the owner before last... well actually the one before the owner before last, technically... what with how quickly the previous owner sold to you... never even met him... what where we talking about?" She rambled, distracted and unaware of your approach, "Oh right the grill, yes I think there is one floating around in the shed, can't remember what type, I'll pull it out tomorrow and have a lookAHHHHH!"

She startles as she feels you touch and how close you are, whole body tensing and her eyes shocking wide. The glass she had been drinking from spills completely over her chest, making the tight fighting shirt mould even closer to her curves.

"Oh shi...sorry sir," she apologises and starts dabbing herself down with tea towel before wiping up the rest of the water.

Leaving her to her work, you head down the front drive and around the waist high hedge to go up Mr Sinclair's driveway, the air slightly chilled as the sun goes down in a dusky haze. His front yard seems to be almost a perfect mirror of your own you notice as you knock on the door. Almost exactly three seconds later it opens to reveal a butler, human and dressed as stately as you would expect, making you feel your own wardrobe choice was right after all.

"Please come in," he bows lightly as he opens the door fully for you, "The Master will join you shortly."

The butler guides you in, though it's almost a pointless as the rest of house also seems to the mirror of yours and it isn't hard to find the dining room. The lights are kept low, amber tinted wall lamps casting small oasis of lights against the walls as a fire blazes away in an open fireplace.

"Mr Shinz, unaccompanied!" the butler loudly declares as you enter.

You see that only Sophie is sitting at the dining table, though she now looks far from the maid or beach girl you had seen her as before. Her makeup and hair are done up as she elegant dress drapes her body, black satin which flashes of red each time she moves. While her appearance is upperclass, her pose is far from it as she slumps back in her chair, leg up on the seat as she twirls around the dregs of her wine glass, which you'd guess has been refilled several times.

Edward had to hold back a smirk for a moment before he could recover and give her a stern look. "Please try to be careful. We don't want any accidents." His eyes quickly scanned over her chest currently being hugged tighter by her wet shirt. He made his way to the front door.

As he walked he considered that he'd need to begin to keep up with occasional contact with her until it normalized for her. She'd need to get used to him touching her if he was going to do anything more..intimate.

Knocking at Mr. Sinclaire's door, he was quickly greeted by a butler. Something he didn't have for his own home though with Miranda's kids about he didn't really have room for additional staff anyway. As he was let in and was told Mr. Sinclair would join them later, he couldn't help but wonder if Mr. Sinclair really was indisposed, or if this was a power play. He'd have to save judgment of that until he'd gotten a better sense of the kind of man Mr. Sinclair was.

He was surprised though to find Sophie at the dining table. She had gone to the trouble to dress herself up, but she couldn't quite hide her low-class stature as she slouched in her seat and set one leg on another seat.

Bringing a hand to his mouth he politely cleared his throat to get her attention. "Sophie, it is good to see you again. I take it your sunbath went well."

Sophie straightens up as you enter, smoothing her dress down with one hand while she keeps the wine glass perfectly balanced in the other.

"Wouldn't you like to know," she winks back, pulling out a hand fan and popping it open to waft it towards her face and cleavage, which you remembered had not tan lines.

You find a name card with your name on it at the base of the table, a shiny varnished slab of old dark hard wood that reflects the flickering flames in the fireplace. The light dances and twinkles off the crystal decanters and glasses on the table and the sterling silverware and serving dishes.

Just as you sit down, there is a sharp clicking of heels behind you at the entrance and you see the butler bowing low.

"Announcing the Master of the House," The Butler projects clearly with a flourish of his arm, "Mr Sinclaire."

Sophie hurriedly stands and drops down into a curtsy at the announcement and Mr Sinclaire strides into the room.

Image

The White Wolf's fur is flecked in silver highlights, not a single strand out of place or fallen on his dinner jacket. His pale blue eyes afire in the dark as they seem to stare at everything and take in every details and you notice his lower jaw hangs slightly open, almost constantly, allowing him to predatorily suck in more air to analyse for any scent of prey.

"Mr Shinz," he pauses, eyes transfixed on yours, "I presume."

He snaps his clawed fingers at the butler as he strides towards the table, each smooth long stride impeccably measured and somehow threatening to watch. Sophie remains frozen in her curtsy until Sinclaire takes his seat and gives her an off handed wave to take her seat.

"I must apologise..." he pauses, eyes snapping to the butler who appears at his side, drinks tray in hand, and hands him a glass before returning instantly to what he was saying as if there had never been an interruption, "... for not greeting you in person sooner. Business, you understand, distracts from courtesy, like the hunt."

The butler slides gracefully across to the you, tray remaining perfectly balanced as he steps to offer you a drink as well. On the tray you see the same bottle of single malt scotch you had received from Sophie yesterday, along with a small bucket of ice and several mixers in their own decanters.

He smirked as the girl straightened up a bit and played coy about her sunbath earlier before fanning herself off in a way that conspicuously called attention to her chest which he recalled lacked any tan lines. Whoever this Mr. Sinclair was, he certainly had taste.

Finding where he was supposed to sit, he began to take a seat only to stand as his host arrived. Standing back up, he turns to see his host a bit surprised to see a wolf standing before him. He certainly knew his courtesy as he greeted his guest and apologized that they were only now getting around to their first meeting. It was a bit stereotypical for a wolf to bring up the hunt in such a reverent way as if everything he could be thought of as a kind of hunt. Still, people like that could be relentless and single-minded in their pursuits which had its advantages if used properly.

He smiled as he brought the conversation back to business. "Yes, I am very aware of the obligations of business." He looks over at the drink being offered to him. Opening the bottle, he gives it a quick sniff smiling as he finds himself pleased with what he smells. He pours himself a moderately sized glass though he decided to take it straight. "Of course, I moved to the area as a sort of retirement to fully enjoy the comforts of what I've accrued over my lifetime. This seems a bit out of the way for someone still active in the business world, or is this just your summer home?"

Sinclaire watches you intently as you fix your drink, you see the pink bulge of his tongue pressing against his teeth and lips as pour, tasting the scent of the scotch on the air. He nods in approval as you take the single malt straight without touching the mixers.

Sinclaire remains seated perfectly straight you talk of business, drink firmly in his hand as he swirls the scotch occasionally and takes a sip.

"I put the right people... in the right place, my attention... moves to the next prey," he muses, his eyes still locked on yours, "I collect things... you might say, the best... I bring together. This house for example... and yours, separated, but meant to be whole... I tried to do so, to make complete... almost did, but had to give up again to buy a company... business before pleasure, you understand."

You notice Sophie roll her eyes at the last comment, which does not go unnoticed by Sinclaire either.

"Tell me... if you would...," he continues, though his eyes scowl at Sophie, "How did you acquire the property... the paperwork was missing from the company when I took it.... would you be interested in selling?"

Edward holds back a smirk as he takes note of Sinclaire's nod of approval. He instead busies himself with a small swig of his drink. It was a strong taste, and one he'd cultivated a liking for over many negotiating tables.

As his host takes a seat he notices not even a hint of a slouch making it clear Sinclaire took perception very seriously even if his maid didn't.

Speaking of, her reaction to business before pleasure was quite comical but was understandable as her employer had sent her over to offer her body to him before they'd even met, but perhaps that was business of its own. If he hoped to get the property next door, plying his new neighbor with gifts was a good place to start.

"A business I had built up grew quite valuable, and I sought to sell it. My buyer just happened to have a most welcome summer home, and I had been considering retirement, and lo and behold a beautiful property in a secluded neighborhood happens to be among the buyer's assets. I checked what it was worth to him and made it part of the deal." He stops a moment looking into his drink as he considers the possibility of selling.

"I didn't get to where I am by not selling things when the price was right, but I have not even considered the price I would demand of this property so soon after I'd acquired it. Considering I would need to trouble myself with finding another property to live in when I'm supposed to be enjoying my retirement, it is unlikely to be a reasonable price."

(Sorry, computer died and had to wait ages for the new one to arrive)

Sinclaire stands and struts to the window as you talk, his ears pivoting to face you always and hear every word uninterrupted. You figure out that Sinclaire must have been the one who snuck the property out from under you originally, under you had forced him to trade it when you sold your business. Whether he knows or realises it was you is uncertain as he holds his cards close to his chest.

"Not money then... perhaps something else..." He stares out the window.

Following his gaze you see him staring across the low fence into your backyard and deck, Miranda and her kids eating their dinner at the outdoor table setting.

"A competition perhaps? A hunt?" Sinclaire continues to muse

Edward watched as Mr. Sinclaire went to look out the window wondering just what the lupine was thinking. He was certainly keeping his hand close to his chest as he figured out money wouldn't get him what he wanted, but if not that, then what."

He notices Mr. Sinclair has spotted Miranda's family having dinner outside on such a nice day before the man suggests a competition. The way he was staring at his maid's family when he said that couldn't be a coincidence making him wonder what game he was playing at. "A competition? That would mean that I'd be betting the property in some challenge, but you would have to ante something of your own. So what do you have that's worth losing for this chance while still enough to keep me interested, and just what are we competing to do?"

He would presume Mr. Sinclair would be risking his own side of the property, but it was still a good idea to make him say it and put it on the table before he showed too much interest including the rules of engagement on this hunt of his.

Sinclaire seems to mull over your response for several seconds, twirling his drink around inside her glass, tongue bulging out between his teeth slightly to gorge on the scent.

"Only thing of equal value... would be same thing... reunite the split block... yes... is... reunited either way," his grin flashes wider for a split second as his lips stretched back to reveal more teeth.

He spins around in a flash, his strong legs propelling him back into his seat in a flash that belies his former lethargic grace.

"Now, to details... a solo hunt or should I compete as well? Hmmm interesting, the same prey for direct competition... or another, a timed hunt, also interesting," His eyes are afire and you see his claws dig slightly into the table as he muses intensely on the details.

It's not until his ears twitch and he looks at you, the intensity suddenly gone that you realise he hadn't been speaking directly to you but merely brainstorming.

"Of course, my manners, you the guest, the challenged.... you decide the nature of the hunt."

Edward had been expecting something to that effect. He wasn't too interested in reuniting the property, but it was a chance to increase his holdings, and he needed something to occupy his attention. Some sort of challenge would certainly help with that.

He couldn't help but consider Sinclaire's watchful gaze on the family. Combined with what he had been doing around the family, it gave him an idea, but there were certain hesitations he had. Especially wanting to make sure Sophie in the dark in case she got any bright ideas of making herself a nuisance to help her master. "How about we table this particular line of discussion for now. A challenge between gentlemen is best kept between gentlemen, so I'd rather get into the nitty gritty details in private if you don't mind."
