She fidgets at the suggestion of you fighting her. "Well... we can do that. IF you can beat me, I'll stay here. It doesn't mean anything if Mom can beat me." She mutters, and your mother throws her hands up, before hoping out the window to go lay on the magma pool again.

She could eat it in reverse! Though... neither her or Talren knows what a stuffed crust pizza, much less a regular pizza even is.

"Fine, we'll set up a duel. I'm a little busy today so it'll probably be tomorrow," I inform her, gripping my temples as I process what just happened. While I had intended to spare with her again... this wasn't exactly how I saw it coming up.

Okay, I'm not saying it can't exist, but Talren hasn't come across it here, and they certainly weren't making pizza while hiding from humans in a cave.

I grumble a bit about the softness of my sister's head, but move onto more important matters. "Alright, Ekah, you wanted to talk with my mother yes? Well, here is your chance."

Calling your mother back up from her relaxation in the lava pit, and she joins you at your call. Ekah seems a bit timid once more, but the two of them make quick discussions about her borrowing a room for now. Still, you have a wide number of things you'll need to do today.

Alright, if there is nothing else here I need to go back and deal with Diana... both with her teasing and how to deal with the dragonborn and what would be required for that on both of our parts.

None of the women bother you at this point, seeming to each have something to do for now. You could head back to deal with Diana, depending on how you want to do that. You soon find yourself at her door, and you've got to decide if you want to burst in, or simply be calm about it.

After a moment, Diana returns to the door to let you in. "Sir Talren, what can I do for you?" The damned minx asks, her glasses back on and being adjusted as the proper business attire.

I walk quietly over to her as I formulate just how I want to do this. "First, with my new title of Viscount... What exactly does this mean for me practically. I understand Mother, the Duchess, has the volcano as her domain. Do I have such a domain? Is it a part of the volcano?" I question, trying to figure out exactly what I have and what I need to do, "I presume that this also comes with responsibilities, so what are them?"

"Normally, we would give you a County to administer, but since it's more of a technicality for the upcoming marriage, we have not set one aside for you. I have also been informed that 'land management' is not your preferred forte, and you would likely prefer to maintain a small estate that you can call your own, unless you wish to change that?" She cocks her head sideways, reading glasses slipping down her nose before she pushes them back up.

"From my... incomplete memory, Viscounts are a military oriented title. While I certainly am not interested in looking over a bunch of farmers, safeguarding a castle would fit nicely for me. Especially if my patrols can be combined with hunting juicy animals," I pause a moment to prevent myself from drooling at the thought, "As it seems that I will probably be taking any dragonborn under my wings, and I will expect them to defend their new home, a place where we can be gathered, and were we can train without disturbing others would be ideal. Whether it be an estate out of the main city, or a defensive fort, either would serve our purposes... Besides, I feel like being somewhat isolated would help calm the dragonborn as they would have lots of experiences from home being hunted by humans, and most of us will likely not be too bothered about distance since we can fly much faster then even your airships, so could visit the capital, once they are acclimated, whenever desired without too much bother... It would be less ideal for the ground dragons like Ekah, so that is something I do need to think about." At this point I'm just rambling outloud. This isn't usually the type of thing I have to bother with, so perhaps Loren's habits still have hold over my non-existent one... or maybe we have the same basic instinct, being of the same 'soul.'

Diana taps a plump lip as she listens to you, almost distracting you before heading to a fairly large map of the kingdom and its outboard territories. Looking it over, you see that most of the larger islands around the main one have already been claimed, not that that bothers you, but there are numerous smaller ones, barely more than a few square kilometers total area nearby, as well as large swaths of the main island due to the extreme concentration of crystals and mana rich animals. Recalling the various mountain peaks that were rich in specific flavors of mana, you could probably ask for one of those. Diana is mostly going over the tiny islands looking for one that might fit your needs, but most are extremely limited in biome, something you asked for a variety with.

Not at the exclusion of everything else. After all, he wants a castle full of various species of servants and maids to wait on his every desire... most of them being him fucking them, and then also have a harem of princesses and other royal women in the grander world to visit and ensure they have plenty of heirs.

"Considering the needs of dragonborn are likely to be very different, if we need to build our own home, that would be something we are familiar with. A mountain that would be a good defensive location, if not for the large amount of dangerous monsters prowling around, would be my suggestion," I point out to guide her to a more appropriate location.

There are a few of those around the central island, appearing to be part of the circular mountain chain that surrounds Brightspire. Most of them are too cragly to properly farm more than a bit, so it wouldn't be difficult to settle there depending on the amount you're willing to invest. Of course, having taken care of that, there's still that sass coming from this princess you need to correct.

I walk around the table as I try to place where the invasion came from on the map, and pick a mountain that would be suitable to stage raids and intercepts for any future attempts they might have. With my future home chosen, I lean forward, against Diana, with my head hovering right next to hers as I point it out to her.

Smaller islands dot the area within the Eclan Navy's patrol area, but finding one in line with the path the ship took but still a few minutes of flight out proves easy enough. As you approach, Diana doesn't seem to respond, but you smell when she does, a sharp change in her scent and a slight squirm as she starts trying to move away from you very subtly.

Slightly amused at her trying to pretend nothing is going on, I pretend not to notice, leaning even further to gesture at the map as I talked, oozing out pheromones I do, "So the enemy is likely to try and hunt me down, and until we get it sufficiently built up I would be exposed there. We will have to keep it quiet. While we do need supplies, if we keep the airship delivering them the same with the same crew, it would be harder for them to figure out what is going on with their infiltrators, giving me time to build up, recruit more dragonborn, and prepare them for any conflict... The advantage though is we are nigh immune to their control, certainly not without a noisy fight, and we'll be able to detect if someone... feels different." I drag out that last line, teasing her a bit.
