Eliza seems delighted that you're letting her keep the talon, but she seems more unsure what to do with it. "Maybe a sword? Theresa will know." You catch her mumbling to herself. The fact it seems fused to the femur is also something to consider, but it's not something you yourself will have to worry about. A treasured family sword named 'Dragon's Claw' or some such nonsense is likely, but there's worse things that could happen to it.
The weapon seems to be quite simple in its use, something that Elizabeth has clearly put a lot of thought into. You're vaguely tempted to get Theresa to show you what her toy does, but you suspect you'd be out here all day putting craters in this farmland that likely needs to have a few families come and claim their loved ones remains.
Still, while you and the rest of your family have been chatting and playing with toys, a few enterprising young guards have been loading up the remains of the Ogre, almost the entire thing having been broken down to its part. The only part that seems to be mostly whole is the head, with the small axe still jammed into its eye. Theresa ends her conversation with the rather starstruck Mary, heading over to pick up the gruesome head, axe and all before carrying it back to the Bringer of Pain and setting it in.
At this point, Mary and you are back in front of each other, trying to decide if you should hitch a ride or not. "So. You certainly seem to know the queen. She didn't even threaten to ripe you limb from limb from grabbing the princess." She seems more bemused at this point.
