Looking at the options, it looks like 'quick rest' and 'deep sleep' seem to have no difference mechanically. Perhaps because in this early stage of the game development, Ivan has not made too much of a difference.

Perhaps I'll risk it. I select the 'quick rest' option, simply opting to rest for a while to let my character recover necessary statistic pools, then see what the next day brings me!
