"Well that's good to hear. Glad to see you managing to get some goods.", Teesa replies politely before looking back at all the various offers on the boards. She tears off a bit of contact info on the bottom of a notice talking about the rad roaches, likely thinking that would be a decent way to make a little extra money without much extra hassle. Your briefly reminded again of how you found her after the initial aftermath of the transformation, but to be fair those bugs had gotten to her while she was already naked and unconscious. "Well... it just says radstag. Could be a glowing radstag for all we know. Notices tend to be vague for a reason, but it seems to pay pretty well. 300 caps seems a little high for a single radstag though so their might be a surprise there somewhere.", Tessa answers as you take a closer look at the flyer and notice the reward was indeed 300 caps.

As you take your time to look over the various notices though you suddenly recall Liam's upcoming expedition. If you wanted this would be a good time to see if Tessa might be interested, otherwise you could talk to her tomorrow during the Devin's "We technically survived" caravan celebration party.

Beyond that, you were free to grab whatever notices you liked. There was always something at a board like this though, and it was a little late in the day so no one fault you for just wanting to go back to the hotel and relax a little. You didn't want to maybe miss your shower slot after all, as that would be coming up before too long.

"Huh, yeah 300 seems a bit much. There's definitely a catch. But hey, might be good to check out in case the extra hassle isn't too bad." She said to Tessa as they look over other notices. As they do she recalls Liam's job and wonders if her red furred friend might be interested. "Hey, if you're interested I might got something for you..." She explains to Tessa the job Liam had, made sure to mention the rewards but also the risks involved, including the possible lead to the ones that transformed them. "So yeah, we're meeting up tomorrow to discuss the details and see who's in or out. If you want to join feel free to come along." She said to her.

However Tessa responds Joy decides it was best to head back to the hotel so she didn't miss her shower time and to just rest for the day; having been walking since the crack of dawn and not sleeping too long it might be best just to have a night off from doing any work.

As you fill in Tessa about Liam proposed expedition her eyes slowly start to widen, her ears starting to nervously twitch. "Really. I mean... it would be nice to finally find these guys and force them into the open. Still though... They have a lot of gear from what little I remember. I wonder if that is a good idea...", Tessa thinks aloud, but then shrugs a moment later. "Well, I suppose there is nothing harmed by listening to what this Liam guy has to say. Sure, I'll see you then! Maybe if we're lucky at the end of this the Brotherhood of Steel will kick in their door for us or something, tech fiends they generally are and all."

With that said you make polite conversation for a few more minutes before heading off, Tessa going back to the market to get some dinner while you head back to the Mariott content to just relax, have a drink or two maybe, then have a nice shower before hitting the hay a little early. You've certainly earned it after all the crap that happened over the last few days!

Back at the hotel the bar is a little more lively then before as others and locals filter in from their usual tasks or jobs, eager for a meal, drinks, and maybe some poker or pool. You'd have no issue getting a snack and some drinks for a modest fee of ten caps should you be interested, then head back to your room and spend a little bit of time going through your gear again. Your pack is much lighter, and you take a little bit of time to familiarize yourself with your new lever action rifle, loading it and unloading it and going through the motions.

Eventually when your time for the shower comes up you grab your towel that you had gotten from the bar tender before and head over. The door is already open, letting you see a simple relatively narrow room with a square shower stall at the end. In the entrance area seemed to be a large laundry hamper full of discarded towels, and a small cabinet with a few choices for soap covered by the initial fee for the shower.

"Maybe, though I try to avoid them. They like to take any tech stuff you have and they feel like we're all supposed to listen to them. But I can't think of any faction better to take down those guys too. Guess we'll see." Joy said before having a bit more of a conversation with Tessa before they part ways.

Returning to the hotel without incident Joy grabs a snack and drink from the bar before heading up to her room where she takes off her pack and gear before laying on the bed. She lets out a sign as she relaxes before enjoying her snack, some pre-war food and a bottle of fresh water. Once she had her fill she starts going through her pack and gear, shifting around items inside the pack to give her the most room before checking over her weapons. She plays around with her new rifle, practicing loading and unloading it and aiming down the sights to get used to how to best hold it. "Guess if I go after that radstag it'll give me a good chance to practice..."

She checks the time and finds that it was almost time for her shower. Grabbing her towel she leaves for the showers where she finds some soaps she can use. Grabbing one that didn't look too used she heads to the stalls but first finds a place to put her clothes and clean towel first before turning on the water. She tries to get it nice and hot before using the soap to clean her body, though struggles a bit as she was not used to washing fur. This is the first time she's bathed since her transformation and realizes that normal soap doesn't work too good with fur so she tries to see if there was shampoo to use instead. "Ugh, I didn't even think of how annoying having fur will be when washing up..."
