well, despite my advantages, I still only have two hands and I need another pair to help with the steaks..." she says calmly, walking over to the uncut meat and instead of using a knife she uses her namesake claws to rip the steaks apart...

I Blinked "I've never been near a deathclaw before, that's impressive." I admitted.

you two cut about a hundred or so steaks, before she licks the blood and meat off her claws and heads over to the soup... "mmm, now my little helper, what's your name... and what soup do you want?"

I Blinked "Name's Jak, and soup, what kinds do we have?" I asked in interest.

She shrugs... "what do you mean, what kinds do we have, Jak?" she asks, looking over a bit confused... "i have a can or two of chicken noodle I can throw into it..."

I Blinked at her "You asked what soup I wanted?"

"yea, and you asked what we have..." she says... "you DO remember that there was a nuclear war right? and that choices like fancy mushroom and chicken aren't really readily available..." she says, hands on her hips...

I Blinked and stared at her "Well yeah, But you can still make a bunch of kinds of soup, I don't know what you have that grows locally."

very little..." She says. "lots of meat, some potatoes, and a tomato I managed to grow..." she says with a proud grin, which if not for her being a fierce anthro deathclaw would have been kind of cute...
