Lonely Mother Looking for Love [VintageBass]

You are lead to your seat. The place is better known for its romantic dinners, so you only see a couple of other tables with customers. After a short wait your waiter appears. You see that it is indeed Smoothdaddy. You see a look of shock pass over his face before he returns to his more professional demeanor and begins letting you know what specials are available. Your sure he recognized you, but perhaps he isn't sure about calling you out.

Well, this is nice luck. Surely he wasn't expecting her to show up, but she might as well give him just a bit of an appetizer before getting preparing the main course in a couple of days. Either that or he is surprised to be serving a woman like her, alone with no one to talk to on the other side while everyone else has someone they can share a meal with. It might happen with her should she get lucky with this man, but she'll focus on just keeping it business and get something to eat.

She looks through the options on the menu and pick the more vegetarian options, starting with a salad and getting an iced tea for a drink. The doe gives the waiter a friendly smile, looking up at him with a warm look and very happy to meet him, along with looking at him to see if there's a name tag or recalling that he said his name to her when he walked up, just so she has his real name.

He introduces himself as Oscar when you've ordered your food before going in back to have your food prepared. He seems to move around quite a bit making sure everyone's lunch is going well. He keeps a very pleasant demeanor, and he seems to take his job very seriously as you watch him move from table to table. He allows for some small talk if you wish it and returns your smiles though he never remains at any table long enough for a more involved discussion.

Once her meal got in, Vicky did some small talk with Oscar over some minor details, not really getting too much out of him since he does have a job to do and other customers to serve. Just the standard small talk topics, nothing all that grand. When she is alone, Vicky simply sits back and waits patiently for her drink to arrive, along with the meal she has ordered. Occasionally she peeks out to look out for Oscar, checking up on him and pretty much going back to her youth in spying on her crush, but also getting a good look around the restaurant to check out the other couples. All to basically help speed things along and wait for her food to arrive.

Oscar chats with you briefly about weather and local events between taking care of customers. Looking over the other customers most of them appear to be some sort of business meetings, but you do take note of three tables which appear to seat couples. They appear to be chatting quietly while enjoying their meal together. After about five minutes Oscar arrives with your salad and iced tea. "Your food madam" he speaks with an easygoing smile.

Seeing her food arriving at her table, Vicky gives Oscar a simple "Thank you," before getting a fork and start eating her salad. She eats away, enjoying the peace of her own company while trying to figure out the rest of her day and also how she's going to handle tomorrow's affair. Plus there is also Oscar to take out on, and so far she seems pleased with what she has seen. Hopefully she can get a good date and possibly enjoy more out of him. Time will only tell just how far they will go in this relationship, but right now she better not disturb him from his work.

She is, however, going to give him a generous tip to Oscar for his service. After finishing up her salad and drinking her tea, Vicky reaches into her purse and grabs her wallet and a pad of paper. She has a little message to write for Oscar, saying something along the lines of "Nice meeting you, Smoothdaddy " along with giving him an extra tip, despite just getting the salad and tea. Once the doe gets her bill for that and paid off, she'll stick around to do some shopping and then head back home to get ready for work.

Oscar hands you the bill once you're done with your meal, and you leave him the note as well as a generous tip. Leaving before he has time to see the note you go ahead and get some shopping done since you are in the area. Once your shopping is complete you go back home. It is rather refreshing to walk into a clean house for once. You begin the involved process of preparing yourself for a shift at the strip club.
