Jauffre motions you to follow him as he leads you outside and to the stables. "There is only one priest of Akatosh, but his name is martin, if you need to know so badly. Now remember your quest, save Martin and bring him back here safely, he may be the only hope left for the world."

Mimi sighs and nods "Sure sure I'm getting to it calm down, with a horse I should make it in plenty of time, it cuts my travel time way down from what it would be otherwise." Mimi said following the old hard ass of a man to the stables and after finding the horse she would set off right away after all no use in delaying it.
"I mean, that thing about not looking a gift horse in the mouth? Well, how the fuck else are you supposed to figure out if it’s full of Greeks?”

You set off without a hitch, he wishes you luck and hands you 200 gold before you go in case you need rations or the sort. The trip is rather light, mostly consisting of horse riding and enjoying the scenery, occasionally you see a wolf run by and some deer as well but otherwise its uneventful, until you actually reach Kvatch. The place looks like a war zone with refuge tents and the town guard mobilizing.

Mimi slowed the horse a little before pulling out her bow and slowing go to refugee camps, as soon as she saw someone she would call to them and ask what was happening to cause Kvatch to look like it just went to war.

You jump down off your horse when you see one of the town guardsmen escorting refugees to some nearby tents. You ask him what the situation is and he tells you that the gates of oblivion have appeared out of no where and started attacking the city. Thinking to yourself you know that something like this hasnt happened in nearly 1000 years, the guard points you in the direction of the Captain of the guard if you want more information or offer to assist in any way.

Mimi was still in a little shock from being told that the gates of Oblivion had opened and attacked the city, but she sighed and notched an arrow before moving up towards the guard captain and the city proper, if any creatures from Oblivion were there she would shoot them before asking the Captain if it was posiple to get people out of the city with the gate active, if he said it wasn't she would enter the gate with a sigh.
