Another man standing nearby called out clearly. "You stand before Daenerys Targaryen, Mother of Dragons and Breaker of Shackles. State your business." The Unsullied that had acted as your escort took a knee before her. "My Queen, Blue Beetle and I were on patrol when we saw this strange woman fall from the sky. We thought it best that she be brought to you." Daenerys looks to you with a mix of curiosity and suspicion. "It is a strange thing for women to be falling from the sky. What say you?"

Doing my best not to let my nervousness show, even under the gaze of the other two dragons, I dipped my head and bowed first before answering as truthfully as I could. "If it is strange to see such, it is stranger still to be the one experiencing it, your majesty. Especially when one has been torn from where they were by means unknown." I go ahead and give a retelling, simple though it is, of what I'd been up to and my journey here to this one. I of course give my name along the way, before continuing.

"While I don't know what brought me here or why, I can imagine that the knowledge I do possess, imperfect though it may be, could play a role. That, and the... abilities I seem to have been given." I go silent then, figuring that's enough to start with.

Those present give incredulous looks as you recite the tale of your journey including the queen herself. The dragons continue to watch you curiously. "I must say, it is a rather fanciful tale you have given me. I will need to know if I can trust you though. Do you have any way of proving your trustworthiness?" Before you can respond, the door behind you slams open. Behind you, Drogon had forced his way past the doors. As he passed, he glanced at you closely before lashing your cheek with his tongue. Though a beast, he seemed to understand affection to some degree. The Queen looked even more incredulous that your story had left her.

"Well, I suppose I have my answer there. So tell me, what is this knowledge and abilities that played a role in your presence here?"

There aren't many people there at the moment, but those that are present do gasp audibly. There is also a sharp furrowing of the Queen's brow when you mention magic, but it softens when she looks to Drogon who has lounged with his brothers. The smaller dragons sniff as their brother approaches and their gaze returns to you once more seeming just a tad more intrigued than the earlier curiosity they appeared to have for you. She sighs turning back to you. "My sons have never led me astray, but consider yourself on notice. The last few mystics to betray me did not suffer lightly."

"For now, I will keep you among my advisors." She thinks a moment longer. "Now, you say you know of the future, but it would be best to test the validity rather than just take your word for it. Tell me, do you know anything that would be easy to confirm, and what kinds of magic do you possess?"

[Kuragari]

"Of that I am aware. Mirri Maz Duur's fate was only to be expected after what she did to you and Drogo. The actions of the warlocks of Qarth as well, for trying to bring harm to you while your dragons were with you." I reply first, to show that I am well aware of her past issues with mystics. I bow my head in thanks to her at that, but then hum as I consider what I know. "What I've been able to gather of the current situation is you have just liberated this city of Astapor. I believe you have plans to march upon Yunkai next, with the intention of taking the city by force so as to free the slaves and people there as well. The Yunkai should be in the process of hiring the Stormcrows and the Second Sons mercenary companies to bolster their forces."

My mind suddenly latches onto something, and while I don't look about, I reply, "There is something I can tell you that I am certain can prove my knowledge. But it would be wise to be shared only with you."

As for my magic... I conjured the lights again in one hand, then decided to focus my will on fire. It took as little effort as the lights did to have fire springing to life and dancing about in my other hand.

"I am still figuring out this magic, for as I said your majesty, I did not possess it before being dropped here in your lands. But it seems to be based on my will and desire to shape the magic to that which I want it to do."

She listens intently as you mention her past as well as her current plans. "You certainly have some peculiar sources to know that much." She thinks a moment at your mention of wanting to share something with her in private. A larger, middle-aged man looks to her with shock. "Milady, you aren't considering being with this stranger alone. A strong enough spy network could acquire all of that information with enough diligence." She shakes her head. "Yes, that is true Ser Mormont, but I won't be alone in this. My dragons will be with me." She looks back to you. "I believe that should be acceptable, shouldn't it?"

Daenerys wouldn't have to worry about such, least with fire anyways I thought to myself. I consider trying to see if that feeling from earlier when I first arrived, that my form had some... malleability to it, could be true, but decided it'd be better to save testing that out in private.

Dispelling the magic, I bow my head again as I note, "My abilities and what knowledge I possess are yours, regardless. I have nowhere else to go and no one to rely upon. Whether you have me or not, I am in essence, at your mercy, your majesty."
