The streets seem lively as you walk through them, and as your walking a young woman bumps into you "oh, sorry," she says looking up at you, "oh, my lord, I'm so sorry" she bows her head seeming intimidated

"do not worry young lady, it is i who must apologize...but i don't have time now...so goodbye" i told her before stepping aside and keep on my way.

As you keep going, you notice your belt was lighter, she'd stolen your money pouch

"t-that bitch!" i said while turning around to look for the culprit.

She was walking away from you, not realising you'd already noticed

i run towards the lady, ready to defend myself as it was likely she wanted to attack, i place a hand on her shoulder and force her to turn around "Hey!"

She yelps with surprise, "m-my Lord, what is it, I thought you had business to attend to" she yelps

"don't act all naïve and oblivious to what you did, i can throw you to a cell for what you did, now, give me back my money!" i told her with a menacing and intimidating voice.

She yelps and struggles "I don't know what your talking about" she tells you as she squirms

"alright...sure, then you won't mind if we search you in a dungeon cell...right?" i asked while looking at a few guards at the distance and with a finger ask them to come closer.

"wait, wait I'm not a thief, I didn't take anything" she tells you timidly

"then you have nothing to fear, this will be over soon, please follow us" i said to the lady as the guards were already here.

She resists, I've done nothing wrong, let me go"she says as she struggles

"search her...but don't get very 'Handsy' with her" i added while crossing my arms.

The soon relieved her of 5 separate coin purses as well as your own

"so...you did nothing wrong?" i asked her as i watch all the coin purses.

She looks them over "people need this money, there are people starving, and your soldiers are no help, my family would state if I didn't take a purse or two from the nobles who couldn't care less about us" she tells you

"that's why we're fighting for, stealing is an honorless act, i know is probably hard for you and your family to get a job, but try it nontheless, when i'm king, i'll try my best to fix things like this the best way i can" i added before giving my pouch of money to her while giving the others to the guards "you can keep mine, the others will be scattered and given to the poor people as well, not only your family..." i then turned to the guards "i don't want her stealing again, if you see her stealing, throw her to a cell..." i added before looking at the girl "go to the Keep and ask for a job, if they refuse, say i sent you, if they don't believe you, these guards will confirm it...understood?"

The look she gave you made it clear that she didn't trust you, thinking this was some kind of trick, she takes the pouch cautiously, expecting it to be snatched away or for her to be arrested for trying to take it.
Once she had it she puts it away with a similar level of caution, still expecting trouble. "I... I will" she tells you once you'd finished talking

"i know you will, these guard will be following you and making sure you do what i said....understood?" i now said it to both the girl and the guards, before turning around and walking away towards my soldiers "have a good day miss" i added before leaving the city and meeting with my army at the camp, hoping everyone was ready to march south and take the kingdom.
