The nautolan, puddy in your hands at that point, nods at your request. He whines a bit as you kiss him then pull away, leaving him in the street with a stiffy and a dream. With him out of the way, you're free to pursue your job and begin searching the warehouse district for some eels.

(encounter roll - 3)

As you patrol the warehouse district, you can't seem to find anything. Nobody comes out to stop you, no fire fights rage on to effect you... it's almost boring. Luckily, you soon discover what appears to be a gang of ruffians crowding around an old, run down building. You notice a Black Sun symbol tattooed on the arm of one of the bigger ones, cluing you in to their allegiance. There's eight of them in total though, making combat a possibly risky situation.

Jillian frowns as she sees the situation, taking a moment to pull the map of the area up as well as to more generally scrutinize her surroundings, attempting to see if there was anything she could use to her advantage. She'd prefer not to use the thermal detonators she had with her, and would only do so if it became necessary to take as many as possible out.

A quick survey of the immediate area shows nothing of any real use on the ground. There is quite a bit of cover you could roll to in the area, lots of broken down machines and crates to dive behind if things get rough. You do note that some of the bits of the top floor that remain of the building they're around are a bit flimsy, so perhaps blasting some old rusty metal down onto their heads might work.

Looking over things, her best bet seemed like dropping the upper floor on their heads. She pulled out a small scope, attaching it to her blaster pistol and zeroing in on the weakest points of support. She then fired several shots in quick succession.

(roll - 2 + 1 = 3)

As you aim your shot and fire, your blaster seems to shudder and cause your hand to veer off course. The shots ring off into the distance, pinging off other buildings and missing entirely. Alerted to your presence, several gangsters pull their blasters on you and open fire. Several shots nearly graze you, but you manage to take cover before the brunt of the fire comes flying in.

Jillian cursed, shaking her head as she pulled out one of her thermal detonators. She weighed it in her hand before priming it and sending it off towards the thugs, firing at them in the process to keep them from noticing the grenade.

(roll = 14 + 1)

You manage to lob the grenade into the center of their tightly knit formation. It beeps a few time in warning, but you fire is enough to drown it out until it goes off. A fiery explosion consumes five of the eight goons, with two more being blown away and a third injured by the blast radius. The remaining two of them crawl to the safety of cover to try and regain their composure, while the wounded one lays on the ground clutching his maimed arm and screaming in pain. Your explosive was a success, but one has to wonder if it'll attract any unwanted attention.

Once the thing went off, Jillian sprinted forward, aiming her blaster at the wounded thug and letting off a few blasts as she did a quick search for his own weapon, grabbing it if she saw it and moving on if she didn't. She then raced forward to deal with any remaining thugs, intent on finishing this up before things could get any more screwy.

(roll = 8 + 1 = 9)

You rush forward and successfully kill the wounded thug with several blaster bolts to the chest. As you reach for the old blaster pistol he was holding, you're suddenly greeted with the sight of one of his friends. The alien, a twi'lek, rushes for you and swings with a vibroknife that grazes you left cheek as you weave backwards to avoid it. Intent on carving you up in revenge, the twi'lek lunges at you again with his knife held out to take you on in melee combat.

(encounter roll = 3)

Thankfully, no reinforcements show up, but you'll need to deal with these last two before moving on.

Jillian kept her expression cool and calculating as she let off a few blasts from the hip, then rolls to try and gain some distance from the thug. She could fight in melee, but it was not her preferred method of combat, being a much bigger fan of blasters and rifles then close range. Once she managed to gain some ground she unleashed another flurry of shots.

The thug proves to be more agile than you anticipated, managing to predict your incoming blaster bolts and dodging out of the way of them. As you rush to back away, he dives you and grabs your blaster hand as he force you down onto your back, managing to wrestle the weapon from your grip as he tries to pin you down with his knife held high with intents to put the blade through your head if you're not careful.

Not expecting to be placed into a situation like this, she does the first thing that comes to mind...she tries to land a hit where it hurts, using either her fists or her knee's to get in a good solid hit to the crotch.

You attempt to kick the twi'lek where the sun don't shine, but he manages to move his own leg so your knee connects harmlessly to it. Dropping his knife in order to pin your arms down, he growls. "Get your ass over here!" He calls to his companion while wrestling you to the ground, the remaining human quickly scrambling towards you with a blaster drawn. "You're gonna pay for this you little bitch! Think you're just gonna nail me in the nuts and get away after that? If you want my cock so badly maybe I'll let you have it!" He exclaims, reaching down to bite at the collar of your shirt. He yanks at it with his teeth, pulling it open and revealing your bra. It seems you're in quite a bind, as he appears to be quite a bit stronger than you are. Perhaps letting him have his fun would give you the distraction you need? Or you could continue to fight, maybe even call for help.

Jillian's expression became very, very cold. She was not going to let some thug rape her. No, she was Jillanadovo of House N'Hilauah. She would rather die then be defiled by such criminal scum. Thusly, she turned and leaned her head over to one of his wrists, biting down hard on it as she slipped her hand free. The instant it was free, she reached down, primed her other thermal detonator for thirty seconds, and told the man "Try to take me, and I'll set this thing off and blow us both to bits."

(intimidation roll = 3 + 1 + 5 for beepy grenade = 9)

The man nearly recoils, but narrows his eyes down at you. "You don't have the balls to kill yourself too! You might've had the stones to sneak attack us for whatever fuckin' reason, but you don't have it in you to go down on this shit hole!" He spat, quite adamant in his judgement as he keeps himself poised on top of you.

Her expression doesn't change as she keeps a hold of the grenade, her cold gaze locked on him as she kept the grenade primed. A part of her thought about how this would be giving Keeper what he wanted...but there was no way she would let some scumbag just take her. Not without a fight, and this one seemed to be holding back now that there was a grenade involved.

(grenade roll = 2 + 1 = 3)

The punk, snarling at your continued defiance, reaches and slaps the grenade out of your hand before you can react. It rolls off into the distance, exploding and causing the man to flinch slightly. Still, try as you might, you can't break free of him and he begins to roughly tear at your outfit. His strong hands travel your sleek blue skin as he tears and pulls at your suit, leaving you in just your undergarments. It pains you to admit, but being manhandled by him turns you on ever so slightly, the feeling of male dominance undeniably sexy to a more base instinct of yours.

Just as he's about to pull your bra off, a shot rings out and suddenly he's flung backwards, crumpling between your legs. Splatters of blood rain across your face as another shot comes out, nailing the remaining goon keeping watch in the forehead and dropping him like a sack of potatoes. You roll to see the source, only to come upon a rather fearsome looking man dressed in, to your knowledge, Mandalorian armor. The armor looks weathered and old, with a variety of scraps and scratches across its surface. It's been repainted recently, although it's a bit of a piss poor job, in a mainly red color with grey trim. He holds in his hands a rifle, smoking with the exhaust of the two rounds he just saved you dignity with. The man hooks the rifle back onto his back and approaches you.

You nearly roll for one of the blasters near by, but the Mandalorian, who you note is quite short even for a human, bows down and picks up your discarded shirt. "There will be more. You need to hurry up and get out of here." He says, his voice heavily distorted by the microphone in his armor, likely a result of the suit's advanced age. He seems friendly...

Jillian took her offered shirt, grabbing her own blaster and pumping an extra round into the corpse of the one who had intended to take her by force. The fact that she had become even slightly aroused by such was an added insult. Throwing it on as quickly as she could, she said "Thank you...though if experience has taught me anything, few on this world ever do anything out of the kindness of their heart." She starts looking around to see if she can spot the eels, hoping to drag them off before someone can come back and secure them for the Hutts rivals.

"So, is there something I can help you with Mandalorian?"

"Few of this world hail from Mandalore." The warrior is quick to reply to you. It seems the few stories you've heard among the military are true. The Mandalorians, for all the trouble they've caused the galaxy in the past couple hundred years, are quite an honorable bunch when they want to be. "I'm hunting one of the Black Sun's Vigos here on Nal Hutta. Unless you happen to know where they operate from, I doubt you'll be much help." He pauses for a moment, looking towards the fight scenes that occurred before his arrival. "I take it you have something against them as well? Doesn't look like they got the first shot in." He says, gesturing towards the gruesome scene where your first detonator went off, probably assuming such on the grounds that their remains were reasonably close together.

Jillian merely shrugged. "I have nothing personal with Black Sun, save the thug you saved me from. The first grenade was when my attempt to bring the balcony above them didn't pan out. Figured I'd try and just make my job easier. It worked, somewhat." She said, resuming her search for the Eels and muttering "I'm not going to be happy if it turns out I blew up that container of Eels."
