What is this?
Rescue is a solo project Adult (18+) Visual Novel/Point and Click Adventure created by Whim. The player takes on the role of the last man on earth after a super virus wipes out most of the world’s population. After being saved, you are asked by your rescuers to help repopulate their hometown. Feeling that you do owe a great debt to them you agree and must go out to befriend several women who are interested in having a child. Along the way you will come to reconnect with current society and help girls to reconcile their own feelings.
Plot
After ship wrecking onto an island the protagonist survives on his own for what he later learns is 5 years. During this time a virus originally created to lower mosquito population transfers to male humans. By the time a cure is discovered and distributed the entirety of the male population of earth is wiped out. The remaining female population understands the situation and is sullenly waiting for the extinction of the human race. It is during this time a fishing vessel, owned by a mother and daughter, stops shortly on the protagonist island and takes him back to their hometown. Knowing they will eventually have to hand him over to the government they first ask him to help their town by having children with the local girls.
Gameplay
Rescue is an Adult Visual Novel with a first person point of view outlook. The player is tasked with exploring the island and talking to the local girls. Each day is broken into 3 sections: Morning, Midday, and Night. During each you will have the option to train a stat, earn money at a job, or get to know a girl. Doing which will increase a girls’ love to you and unlock different events with them. Explore the island to discover where each girl hangs out and learn the secret to their heart.

Kanada - Fisherman and the one to make first contact with the hero, she is caring of others and prioritize others rather than herself in a big sister fashion. All though many look up to her, she is unsure if she is worthy of such.

Where can I get this game?
Links for a PC and Mac version of Rescue v0.1 are below. I'm still new to this so I'm currently figuring out the best way to upload. I only have a Windows computer so let me know if any version is not running properly. Ren'py does have ways to export to Android and other tablets but with further game play I'm not sure if they will work as intended so I'm excluding those versions for now.
