BEACH VACATION




Hey guys. I did a little game to learn how to use Ren'py. In the game you control Floyd, a high school boy who is going to spend a week at the beach. To the boy's good fortune, two female friends of the school, accompanied by the mother of one of them, are in the same hotel.

It is up to the player to meet and talk with the girls, in order to convince them to have sex.

It is a short and simple game, with pre-rendered images created in Honey Select in addition to several animations. There are 3 main girls, 4 alternative endings and some secret scenes for those who want to look for more things.

IS there a walkthrough? I've tried every combination of choices I can think of but 'The Orgy', 'Maela & Lucy', and 'Hotel Attendant' won't unlock.

Yeah, it would be great if there was a walkthrough or something. It feels like I'm stumbling through everything and I can't even tell if I'm picking the right options or not.

To get the orgy, you just need to kiss all 3 girls. Then the hotel attendant'll be available automatically next time you start. Still working on how to get Maela and Lucy. Oh. You've gotta watch the prologue again.

I got the chick that was on the beach, but it was a pita and involved lots of reloading based on what she said in response to other actions, like any "dating" game you have to work your way up talking, then flirting, then dirty talk and kisses, but the way she responds is not the most intuitive system. It would have been good to know going in that a new game plus would carry over some or at least that what seems to be what Firefall is implying.

It's a good start, work on polishing your skills and keep it up. (the story that is)

Yeeeeeah, the 'dates' basically just require you to spam each category until it starts repeating the last response, then move up to the next category. But yeah, the responses and the MC's comments are fairly cringeworthy and mood killing at times lol. Though I did notice a few entertaining bits of dialogue in there if you try the higher categories before clearing the more innocuous ones, so might be worth trying your options out before just grinding it out.

There's a couple things that seem to require you to rewatch stuff. There's a scene with the asian girl's mom if you redo her route, rewatching the prologue (might need to do all main endings first?) gets you a new scene, which has a couple animation issues with characters phasing through each other's models... Aaaanyways, fairly simple little game, but the animation was pretty good for most of it, had a good time messing with the game.

Wait really? That must have been what was throwing me off. I'm so used to dating games like this being clear on if you messed up in a scene, so each time it seemed like my character said something really stupid or inappropriate or the girl reacted poorly, I felt like I screwed things up. It's especially weird that I cannot actually tell what my character will say when picking an option, so it felt like I was trying to do a guessing game on top of a puzzle.

Though if specific dialogue order does show off more content or interesting responses, I do not want to be the one to manually figure out those sequences.

Hello guys. Sorry for the quality of the dialogue, it was really bad for two reasons:

1. my English is the equivalent of a 5 year old
2. I did the whole game in 1 week and did not review anything

Anyway, this game was just for me to learn how to use Renpy. I'm creating a new game now called House Arrest, I'm trying to make a decent dialogue and a more interesting character development.. Those who have interest look in my patreon or wait that I will post the link here when you have big enough to justify a "demo".
