And if so, where can I find it. I just checked your blog and patreon, so my standart response is to assume I'm just too stupid and missed it, but here I am asking just in case I'm not.

I'd rather not post DL links on my patreon until the lawsuit our artist (Gats) sent against us is dealt with. Patreon asked that in order to keep the page online.
There are DL links around the web but I'm not behind any of those.

I don't know the American court system, but isn't "until a lawsuit is dealt with" capable of taking from half a year to multiple years?

I know you can use the time to add things and bugfix and polish but...

No updates at all until you're done with that stuff?
I'm not even looking INTO the game until it's significantly more finished as I stated earlier, so it's very little skin off my back but...

Maybe you mean to put the links on your own personal site when it's ready, and not on patreon, in the meantime?

Is it the lawsuit itself sort of freezing your ability to distribute by containing an injunction against distribution, or are you just being cautious?
Either way you must do what you think is best, and avoid putting your project in any kind of legal jeopardy, of course.
But that COULD be a lot of time for the game's momentum to decrease.

I believe the lawsuit will be solved soon enough to not hinder the project further.
That being said, I'm no marketer, I care about the game's momentum but the most important thing to me is to see it finished, not to ride the wave until it lasts.

I'm being cautious, that's sure, but lawsuits are serious stuff, so I want to play it safe.

I saw from the wiki that theres a draconic ruby in the crystal room where we fought dragon princess I but after i did the ores quest and re-enter the room i dont see any draconic ruby playing V0.12.6c if its already implemented than i dont know how to get it

Yep, the ruby isn't there anymore. You get it by the shops the kobolds set up in the fortress!

Big patch for v0.13 released!

Fixes:
    Desert Princess eloping scene
    Ghost Princess eloping scene
    Starchy fight during Human Princess questline
    NPCs spawning on the Inn's door in the Clocktown, getting stuck with the Knight.
    Mithril Rings reset function
    Goblin Princess crash during her questline (step 4)
    Slave auction messages looping if you offer too close to the end of the auction
    Crashes during combat while using Desert or Goblin Princess (or any other party member without a chestpiece. Make sure they all wear something on the chest slot until v0.13.1)
    Messages looping after slave auctions
    Crashes during war declarations
    Panties not respawning correctly in Princesses' rooms
    Animations bugging up when offering progeny to fauna (you cannot offer them to fauna anymore)
    Dragon Princess II scene looping after the adult animation
    Swimsuits quest freezing the game when you get all of them
    Issues with Sphinx Princess / Dullahan Princess events
    Money count bugging up when you go higher than 99999
    Mouse pregnancy announcement featuring Slime Princess instead (for now it fades to black, in v0.13.1 Mouse Princess will have her own scene)

v0.13.1 comes out next week, with new NSFW animations and more scenes!

v0.13.1 is about ready, a couple things may be delayed but I'll have it released by the 10th of January!

Most of what's left should be done by the week and I had time to add a couple more items (Moonlight items)!
They were fun to make, work well and may be of help if you want to keep your girls safe!

With v0.13.1 released on Itch.io and on Patreon (as we finish dealing with the legal stuff) in a little over a week, a new Public Version (v0.12.6c) coming the same day and the website ready to be launched I may as well announce that v0.13 will go public the 15th of February!

Now I hope I made everyone happy. OHOHOH

With another release under our belt we're already preparing for v0.13.2 that will bring, together with a bunch of bugfixes, a lot of new stuff, like:

-Kobold X Slime fluff scene
-NPCs dialogues in the Dance Club of Death
-Kobold intro rework
-Warm Ore rework
-Red Candle rework
-Bronze Sack rework
-Kobold Princess bad ending
-Dragon Princess II further step to the ending
-Slime NPCs sprites (28 different sprites)
-Insect NPCs sprites (20 different sprites)
-Skeleton NPCs sprites (around 80 different sprites)
-More skeleton related sprites (fishermen and dancers~)
-A new zone near the Kobold Fortress and a new setting for Skeleton Princess!

and possibly

-A new map for Cat Princess (the Hunting Grounds)
-Some progress on the Cotton Wineyards (Rabbit Princess!)
