Hmmm It seems to only happen if you try talking to mom and then say nothing.

My Suggestion is to make it the Mom asks you to buy bread when you come in the house a mandatory cutscene, like you can't avoid it. IE if you try to go to the map after talking to Saitooma, Gias is like "I should just go home"

IE Gias walks in

Mom: Gias, is that you?

Gias: Yeah.

Mom: Where have you been? Its almost sundown.

Gias: I had to meet a... 'friend' at the park.

Mom: Thats wonderful that you've made a new friend in just two days at a new school.

Gias: Hahaha...yeah...sure is...I'm just a cult of... personality >.>'

Mom: Anyway, could you pick up some bread from the store tomorrow? Gaby ate what we had left and The three of us are gonna be busy for the next few days.

Gias: Sure Mom.

Mom: thanks Sweetie -Gives 25$-


or possibly rework it so the conversation triggers if you try to walk up stairs or Talk to Mom the first time or make it you walk up the stairs " Gias: I think I should talk to Mom, Since that trip to the park made me late getting home... Don't want her to worry"



Good News... Talking to Mom and choosing Nothing seems to be the only thing that causes the break. Chat has been changed so it doesn't end the day... but choosing chat doesn't break the scene.

If you choose to go to work makes you skip to night The Sequence will still play like normal the next day if you come home from school... though with work you can make the money for bread even if she doesn't give it to you. since I believe nothing forces you to go to the store to buy bread even if you trigger the scene.

Note once you have the bread conversation you cannot work cause you'll think you need to buy bread, Good railroad check So hmmm If you trigger the conversation and get no money by breaking it you cannot advance.

Also I didn't notice before but you have to visit Gaby and Norry's section of the house. Cause the interacts upstairs don't work till you do. which is a good Go hear stuff.

Maybe add a Gias"I should go say hello to my sisters" when he comes upstairs the first time.

Gonna run a few other tests.

Hmm Work says 40$ but got 30$

Okay can't break sequence by working and buying bread good since it won't let you shop period until you have the bread conversation. Okay you have pretty good railroad built here


... It has to be the "Nothing" cause if you talk to mom, pick nothing, It clears the room.. If you pick Nothing The Dog doesn't reload back in, but if you pick nothing, go back outside and then reenter the house and go for the stairs, you get the money properly.

Yours is not officially released game so I don't think you get yourself in trouble. Besides there is fixed time for author law. I am not Mario fan, how much time passed from game release?

I'm just afraid that people get a bad impression of my game if there are bugs. So I have to fix them quickly as I can.

While I think you are being a little hypersensitive about the bugs, I do think that it's VERY GOOD that you fix them as fast as you can. You won't be able to completely escape bugs - even wonderful games have bugs (sometimes rather obvious) - the fact that when people say *here's this bug* you squash it quickly tells me you want to make sure people enjoy your game and want to make sure there aren't obvious bugs.

A suggestion: is *footsie* meant to be flirting? Footsie means just flirting with your feet, while flirt can be words, expressions, a lot of different things besides just the feet.

*Is waiting for hot sex with teacher and hot sex with mom* Unfair that Gias has sex with the sisters and not the mom!!

No major glitches i can find in 0.1.5 granted i'm still not done a from scratch run... still have the weird got to turn in the Quest for Gaby even if you completed it. but its no biggy

Hmmm The Park will get expanded, The old neighborhood will get expanded and the Residential area will get expanded. based on the set ups

Makes sense, I had thought to ask if you were gonna have an Apartment complex area, for characters like Judy and the Teacher go when they aren't on the job and you can find ways to spend more time with them. but expanding the Residential area would accomplish the same thing.


Gias doesn't like TV... I agree TV is boring most of the time with the internet.

Though what he really needs is porn to watch at night... maybe someone will come down and join him on the couch.

I really hope he does decide to animate them in the end, the OP says that he might just turn them into static pictures. TBH it doesn't really bother me much but i find animated porn in games to be far more useful *wink* *wink* than just static pictures since I have seen too much of that already.
