Hello !

I learnt HTML, so I began to make my first game : Queen's game.
(From now on, we are a little team !)

The advantage is that you do not need anything but your net browser. Once downloaded, you can play offline.
Obviously, my game is free

You can see in my last post the concept of an important part of the gameplay !
This will be a rpg game (with simple rules, do not worry ^^) played by elite people on Earth.

Borkenone made another logo which looks so cool !

INTRO
On Earth, you play a Queen who needs to destroy her rival and who wants to conquer the whole world.
Yet, as you are not a powerful warrior blessed by gods, you will take advantage of situations thanks to your wisdom and cleverness ...and maybe thanks to your body ^^

Then, the goal is to conquer the world, choosing what kind of queen you want to be.

There aint much content, but looks promising. If you can keep up the work, your game is going to be like "slave maker" with different story.

if anything I'd suggest you give the Protagonist a more consistence look, at least the hair color/ eye color part wouldn't be hard to edit.
also I'd suggest replace the world map with things like this, the current one still looks too much like the real world:

decimad -> yeah, I firstly wanted to be sure that the game is working (you know how computers are... terribly illogicals ^^)
indeed, Slave Maker is my big inspiration. this game is in my top 5 adult game for sure.

Borkenone -> great, I was looking for a map like this. thanks the current map doesn't satisfy me; I just made it quickly with a real one thanks to photofiltre7 ^^
character creation is my biggest issue as I use pictures which are not linked together.

by "I'd suggest you give the Protagonist a more consistence look", you mean that I should give the Queen a permanent look, isn't ? like choosing Peach for the whole game as appearence for the queen (for instance)
I see more or less how to give players the choice of their main character (let's do it ! )

I hope not !! Everyone have their own visions of beauty. customization is a great asset for players.

I mean keep the protagonist 's appearance in pics and event more or less similar, not necessarily using only pics of a specific character, that will heavily limit the pics you can use.
And I'd suggest using photoshop or something similar to edit the protagonist 's eye/hair color in one pics to make them consistence.

Borkenone -> huh it is not a difficult task, but it is way too long. I prefer putting some new content first even if I know it is important for immersion.

I think I will create the world map by myself (because maps on deviantart are already used by a lot of people). I have begun a try and I post it when finished.

I am interested in this project. I may at some point be interested in proofreading, but right now I have a lot of other stuff going on.

Ayeka -> I'm sorry I did not reply to you (it's a bit rude) but I did read your posts. I just do not know what to add ^^

Kurushimi -> I think it is better to do stuff you are talking about first. if one day you have got some time, join !

PS : I made an other map I put in an EDIT

The alpha doesn't have much, but it is okay so far.

And a two-toned map isn't bad; but yes, I'd agree that you should put some different colours for cities, maybe forests / rivers. Mountains can be simple upside-down "v"s if you're going for a simple look.

sorry but the new map just seems a little too unnatural to me.

I like the new map, every grid looks unique which is nice simply for remembering different locations and not having to look through the names. The game itself looks promising and i look forward to future updates.

An editor usually looks over the dialogue/text in general for grammatical/spelling/form mistakes.

Also I'm all for a whale in the ocean

FMC -> content is my main concern from now on
my big problem for the map is how to draw trees in fact ^^
I found cool mountains that can be implemented in the map without being unnatural

Borkenone -> I agree with you for some cases; I work on it

BlackDread -> I figured too it is important that a player (even myself) can find a location quickly. I tried to make each part of the world related to their names.
I will try to inform about game progress often.

powuivnpeb -> then I really need you ! (and I'm glad you would like a whale too )
as a stranger, it is really hard to me to find proper terms to express my real idea, or to create the atmosphere I would like.
I spend so much time to write a single line of description !
furthermore, there are idiomatic expressions I do not know. I can also write a valid sentence that a common person (whose mother tongue is english of course) would not say.

While English is a foreign language to me, I've been studying it since elementary school and it has become just as natural as my mother tongue. I do not have a vast knowledge of idioms though

Hey, long time lurker of the forums. I really like the base idea/concept of the game. I think what you need to improve other than the writing/language is the UI/visuals. I'm sure you'll get on that, but maybe offer a way (if possible) to change the background color from pink to something else? I don't know coding, but the light pink doesn't feel right to me.

However, I am pretty decent at writing content if you give me a general direction to go in, so I might be able to help you out a bit if you'd like. English is my natural language, and I have a solid grasp of idioms (at least from the western USA). Let me know if I can do anything.
