So as i decided to start my own project i decided to put information on all forums that i find usable for me, i'm a lazy men so i post in quote the post i made on hongfire

Hello everyone i'm long time lurker, but i decided to have attention of people on this to forum and announce that i started to making project and now recruiting team to do that.

So few words about project:
It will be a sim game in which you settle in a middle of nowhere (from a goddess of love suggestion) and decided to raise in this place a proper town devoted to love and it's goddess. So this for storyline, In game you will extract materials to add new building in town, recruit new believers and fighting hordes of monsters who try to stop you from doing it. This game will use a Rpg Maker XP Engine with rewrited all base scripts to support DnD like gameplay(traits, skills etc.). It will use a modified ABS, custom resolution, mouse supported scenes and many more.

current planned features are :
- Random dungeons with random loot (look for diablo it will be similar)
- Random generated quests from Actors to gain their affection and in effect join our side
- Large Maps with many locations
- Date/Time system
- Animated sex
- manage a town through interface created specially to this, with auto-assign to work actors
- pregnancy also available for actors (although only females)
- The sprites of actors will have a 120 pixels height to make all animation more beatiful, also the tileset etc. will be enlarged to fit new setting
- The height of actors will depends on their height
- We can dynamically change a color of hairs/skins/eyes of actors if we use some items
- The Actors will be based on popular series
- Dynamic item system, change a sprite if actor equip a new armor
- many slots for armors
- Many sizes of breast to (from AA to H)
- all items will show on all templates, so we can have our character to grow her breast and make her a cowgirl in ranch
- each character can have many different classes (rule one level/one class), new traits will be gainned after her class level reach some level, also there will be a pool of traits available to choose by character on every 3 levels)
- enemies also will have a classes, traits etc.(almost everything besides dynamic item system - exception is actor based enemy)
- different weapon types are using by different classes
- each item can have a requirement to use(Class, Stat,Trait)
- Each actors have 7 base Stats(Str, Dex, Con, Wis, Int, Cha, Beauty)
- skills(not a rpg maker ones) will based on one or more Stats and max value will depend on class (each class will gain a differnt amount of skill points to spend)
- Damage of skills, spells and normal attack will use a Dice (or multiple dice) depends on weapons, traits and equipped items.
-And Many more features are planned and more will appear from suggestions.

So few words of me few years ago a decided to join a simbrothel revival team, and from that i introduce few upgrades to it :
- moved from static time to Date/time system
- rewritted base scenes to support multiple res
-added custom stats
- added loading from xml
- added many minor improvement
- and what most important added dynamic sprite system (if you want how it works search sb2 revival in google)
- also made most of dynamic sprites to game and itroduce them to game
So as you can see i'm not someone who doesn't know how much work it takes to make a projects so ambitious.
I Plan to spend few years with first version released after a year of working on it (but during this will be also released minor versions of game for a members of community) and after that release additional dlc that inlcude new actors, classes, traits etc.

There is one important i plan to go crowdfunding to fund a sprites for game (sprite animation since it will use a template which will be modified depends on actors that are partipacing) so in best case if it will be a very large success some money might go to support team members as the appreciation of their work, but if you want to join me don't expect much since the sprites for game is the main reason i go crowdfunding.

So Why i release information about my project?? Because i search for people who wants to join a team of developers. I search mostly for:
- spriter (if someone will do sprites for free i won't need a crowdfunding campaign)
- writer (to write quests, descriptions of jobs and think about main questline)
- desgner (to design a base world add traits to game, make a definnitions for classes, add spells/skills etc.)
- interface designer (to help me project an interfaces for game (mouse oriented) i will need one after i publish a tech demo)
- programmer (to help me with some simple work and populate maps with events)
- mapper (to project a many large maps for game, I have a general idea how the world looks like)
- and everyone who think that can be helpful to project

In month or two i will release a tech demo (without sex animation) and start crowdfunding campaign to finance spriters (not only but also custom tilesets and many more like characters portraits if i get enough money). So i want you to join me today, as you can be part of very ambitious project.

Ps. On the last is the information about what currently i'm working. Currently i'm making a rpg editor to support many new features in game, so everyone could configure their own game, add traits, actors, items, and even base stats). In Attachment you can have a first look for editor, but remember it still being developped and with increase of game it will also increase by new attributtes etc.

For some things i forgot to include but the biggest is dynamic relationship system, it possible that customer will begin to like one of our girls(also available male slaves but it won't be any focus on them although it might be changed if there will be some supporters who will want that). SO what happens if customer begins like one of our girls, he will come more frequently to see a girl, less probability of interaction with other girls, and after relationship deepen probability of becoming one of our followers (or if girl will also like him more than us she will leave)

Sounds great. What type of monsters are you planning to include? Will there be monster on pc sex as well?

PC will also be part of sexual situations, since i allow to work any jobs for her, but on other hand she(although i might go with approach that went Zauber game if anyone played knows what i talking about) will also with her party through dungeons. So the answer is depends on result of crowdfunding if i have enough money to(Or spriters that are willing to join me) a) make a custom sprites of enemies b) make animation with them. I will also allow them to be part of sex industry in town (like orcs in near cave want to fuck some girls so you send them for one day) if you are asking about rape during battle, it something that i still hadn't decided.
As for type of monster it also depends on money i gather if i have enough to pay for all i want the monsters will be based on DnD lore meanings many humanoids and animals like bears, wolfs), with including some of suggestions that will be made by fans.
As for if it won't be enough money to make custom enemies, the enemies will be based on enlarged standard ones enemies of rpg maker.

Ooohhhh! Pregnancy and bestiality possibilities, add some loli and incest and this could be a favorite of mine. I am definitely intrigued.

I'd be willing to make an interface for you as long as you are looking for raster work (I can't draw in vectors). Graphic Interfaces are kind of my thing . . . and I'm very fast with that part. It's the rest of it that makes my projects take so long. LOL.

I love pregnancy, bestiality, loli, and incest (though it can be hit or miss). My only other big kinks are slimes (who knows why, they're weird) and mind break/NTR.

As for loli, i plan to scale sprites depends on actor height so it possible to have a different kind of actors (like loli with big breast etc.) but it's only plan since i must end working on editor and try in game how scaled actors will look like (if bad than i resing but i plan to include scaling with AA so there is hope that it will look good). Second the sprites i made have breast size from AA to H (although AA breast are almost none visible) and must say i don't plan to make a sprite with no plans for sprite with no tits at all(besides male template) so i know if you find suitable to your tastes.

As for pregnancy i still hasn't decided if i go for route where you can gain new girls from birth or males (but if yes if we use a totally random girl (with some DNA information about parents) or existing characters). What i have in mind is that girls will have an offspring with monster which will be a part of defense force of village (i plan some events where they will fight with enemies that are attacking village and die very easily so you always need fresh meat to defence forces, on other hand actors will be either resurectable, or they will be only unconcious).

About bestiality it's only possibility since i don't know if i gain enough money to have a standard sex templates, so don't have a high hopes if i don't reach a level with donations where bestiality will be available (ps. i thought about something druids could gain new followers if they have a sex with animals (only one at the same time although i don't know if it will be available))

Incest since i didn't decided if girls will have a human offsprings(or elven) so can't say if it will be present or not, but one thing the sex will be available only for adults, so you will wait until they reach adulthood.

I'd like to point out that you can try to attract helpers for your project, but that I can't support your crowdfunding the project. As a community, we've dealt with many projects fail after being crowdfunded. Wasted time is much better accepted than wasted money, so I'd highly recommend you focus on expanding your project group instead of looking for funding.

At the end of the day, the people you buy on this forum and on Hongfire won't be quality like the people you can find through perseverance and good behavior.

I understand. Did you see the part about me offering to draw the interface for you? I can get you some examples if you need to see what my work is like . . . as a matter of fact, I am working on this game right now.

I saw it but forgot to answer, as for interfaces currently i use Zer0 CMS script if author agree to have a semi-commercial game to use his scripts (which i would confirm before publishing tech demo) so we go with that interface as a base interface in map, so what i need is to expand it to include followers in town and access to management part, the other interface i need is to project a management scene but it still doesn't decided what jobs/buildings will be include in fist release (also project it like there will a possibility to expand, insert new items) but first i need to check a script that allow you to create mouse controlled buttons/listbox so that you know to what types of items you have access during projecting phase. So i will wait few weeks maybe month before i turn to you regarding projecting interface.

ps. as you know or not rpg maker xp doesn't support any mouse driven actions so there aren't any items like buttons/listbox etc. that are present in other engines so projecting interface will be obviously different than in a case of flash project(i have some experience with it when i tried to made character animations in it)

I could possibly help as a writer or designer, but I don't know how much time I could devote, given a work schedule and my own personality. However, I'm not short in ideas, since I, with a friend, developed an entire world with its own creatures (based off popular Fantasy, but with our own rules on how they behave) and started working on a story that took place in this world. Unfortunately, I got bored of it, not to mention that the story we were co-writing was a bit... odd, and I didn't care for it.

However, this would also be the first time I worked on anything sexual outside of Roleplays. I've always wanted to jump into the gaming industry, though, so maybe starting off on something like this would make me better prepared when I finally do decide to be a writer / designer for a game company.... well, maybe that sounds harsher than I intended, but... yeah. The only problem is trying to find colleges that have creative writing stuff as an actual degree and not some half-assed thing... at least around Wisconsin. =/

I could possibly help as a proofreader, but as has been pointed out before, most people tend to prefer contributing material over contributing funds. Some of us can't afford it - I myself am unemployed - and some just don't feel like prioritizing it.

I write this to keep people informed about progress of my game, so the first phase i completed, i wrote the my own editor to create database that will be used by my game, so know with help of user of this forum lukenukeas who modify 4 frames templates that i have to be 8 frames templates (for now i have a male template and animation is smoother then in 4 frames).
So for know i begun to work on sprites of starting actors, i have a hair style made for male version of player, i will work now on clothes, and after i get female templates i work on female version of player and other characters from series that player comes.
As for technical things, i found the site that allows mature rated forums, and i set a forum although currently only one post about states, i will try to populate this are when the features will be added in game so in future you would be able to find basic information on game. I saw your proposition to be proofreader, but decided to answer later, and now it's a time to answer you.
As you stated many can't afford to fund game so there is why i recruiting people, those who can't donate can help with development, as for being unemployed i understand i only recently found job. As your proposition to being proofreader, i must say that first i need find a writer (one was in hongfire forum but when i give him a job he didn't respond so don't know if he is working or not), so might you start as writer, since there will be many generic quest, answers, events etc. so we can use a writer (also write description of weapons, actors, skills, traits and many more). Or maybe start as mapper if you can make a forest then it's hit since half of game will be a forest full of mysteries like dungeons, random dungeons, bandit's camp, caves where animals lives, caves and camps where natives lives (mean monters/goblins/orcs/ogres etc.) where they will be neutral in the beginning but our action can change them to friendly/enemies. Or you might designed game system and finds it easy, it only requires to play old game called neverwinter nights since for combat class (it will some time before i release tech demo, but in demo there will be available most classes from nwn) i will use it as base to create my own system. As for proofreader i don't see any work for you (at least not for long time, and availability a large amount of writers who will be able to write character oriented quests). For know i want to work all generic content and on that i will focus.

I appreciate the various offers, but I am not strictly speaking a creative mind. I fix things. I set them up logically and systematically, and I eliminate flaws. I do not create things unless I have to, and the personal need is debatable here. Still, if you do end up needing a proofreader at any time, feel free to contact me. (After the first few bits are done, you'll want everything to be right so the alpha/beta testers don't leave frustrated after several attempts at deciphering the language of writers.)

Also, I don't code very well. Cleaning up messy code, on the other hand, I can help with after a quick introduction to whichever language you're using.

Call me a cynical bastard but am I the only one concerned that he's basically asking for every possible role in the development team to be filled by other people AND he's asking for money? To be frank, if you aren't willing to take responsibility for any singular aspect of the game's development you're more than likely being too ambitious, especially if you're relying on 4-5 other people to write, design, code and provide art for the game. There's no time limit, so build it one piece at a time and for chrissakes, the sprites can wait until you have a functional game to put them in as can other art assets.

tl;dr Make your own damn game and be proud of it.

hmm who is asking for money first?? I do say that have a plan to be crowdfunding in order to have a sex animation sex but i never asked money from people, at least not until i have a working tech demo. And if you don't like idea of crowdfunging to finance sprites then you can come and make them yourself.
As for team it's obvious that a larger team means better game since more people designing game, so it's means that i'm serious with making game, not i'm like many who start and never end.
Also as i said i'm programmer i will write core mechanics in game so it's only additional jobs that i request for people to make game better since i'm not most creative person, i only can make basic sprites etc.

ps. your post really pissed me since for a plan it's 80 % is my work and the other 20 % is works of others (although i believe it closer to 5-10 % since: programming 25 % dynamic sprites 50 %, filling information on characters 10 % design 5 % custom pose sprites 5-10 % other programming job(0-5%)) so most work will be done by me, but my asking for help is to have better game)
ps2. Try make game yourself and you see how much it takes everything what is not visible for player.

A lot of people on this forum make their own games. You're starting to make me disgruntled, and I suspect that goes for several others. When you're asking for a coder, a writer, a spriter, a gameplay designer, and a mapper, there's not a lot left to be done. I'm pretty sure coding is the biggest time sink, too, considering the coders are the ones who end up actually having to search for and fix bugs. Considering you're asking others to do all this for you, what exactly do you intend to be doing yourself? ThatOldFart has a point.

I'm programmer and i stated that additional programmer will help with rpg maker like settings events in proper way(means the standard triggers will rarely enough so it's need to be setted by script command) which help to release faster and might with modifying AI in ABS to be companions more useful.
Also i stated i know base spriting means there is problem with making new sprites, but if i use premade template i can make static hairs and clothes (as for hair the spriter would help with making them animated) so most work in sprite departament will be done by me using external resources only when it's necessary (since i'm not planning to have few characters, my plan is to make 50 + characters everyone with different clothes (to be precise clothes using 15 + different slots so you might consider how much work is to be done. I plan to make one character takes one day to complete since clothes must be done for 10 different templates (breast size))
Gameplay designer it's obviouse that i have a rough vision of game, but i need help to write my ideas if i don't forget something, or there are new addition to gameplay that i even didn't thought, it might seem to be hard but it doesn't take much time since left to desing are only classes, traits and skills, most of designer jobs means algotrithms will be done by me (again).
Mapper it's only job where i don't give hand anyone so the only thing i will give is my vision of world and rough map of terrain, and i believe it's the job which will contribute to game second to me since many maps are wait to be done (i plan to have 100 + large maps, and it doesn't count internal maps)

ps. ThatOldFagrt said that i do nothing during development of my game, which made me pretty pissed, your tone of post is completely different
ps2. I give roughly percentage amount of work in my previous work so you would have information about what is done by me, but it hasn't have any detailed inforamtion so i decide to give you detailed information about my work in game
