Is there a Konata (yes, she's legal, even if she doesn't look it. 18 by the end of the show, if I remember right), or Etna (from Disgaea), or even Noel Vermillion, just to name a few ideas?

There definitely is an 3d Etna model (actually have it) and a Konata model. But the problem is that those models are made for MMD and not SFM. While it is possible to convert the models to SFM using blender, the process is a bit complicated. Also the model are very low poly so things like mouth animation are entirely based on the texture. And I dont think there is a Noel model, since she is 2d and all.

No that's Resident Evil 5 Jill Valentine, when Wesker dyed her hair blonde. There is a skin of Jill with the burgundy-brown hair too, I'll have it implemented as well once I'm done making it. It'll be four parts. Jill blonde messy, clean and JIll brunette messy and clean scenes.
