Out of personal curiosity, do you plan on expanding the beast sector or do you personally don't want to see it in your game? Regarding the second question: I'm with Zeus Kabob on this one. Don't "tag" your game, instead give a breif description of what to expect in your OP. You just can't put everything in a single tag and people who really care for what they see in a HGame (like me ^^) will bother to look a bit deeper into the game in question.

Not especially. It wouldn't really fit with the plot nor is there any rational reason why the main character would use his slaves in that fashion.

But I'll work on updating the description of the game, I don't think that I've changed it since 0.2

Might have missed someone mentioning it earlier, but I have a feature request; the ability to either rename the main character or tag savegames for those of us doing concurrent light/dark playthroughs. Excellent work so far, really looking forward to the next version.

Speaking of which... what about the Guard Captain lady after the trial? Is she just... gone?

Also, since you didn't buy or sell a significant chunk of the girls on a Light Side run, but just... happen to have a ton of beautiful women fawning over you and catering to your every need as far as the law's concerned, why are they all confiscated? I was a little vague on that.

In fact, the whole end of the trial storyline rubbed me the wrong way. I was looking forward to all the subquests and sideplots I'd opened up over the course of the trial, before... bam. Total gear shift.

It was a little jarring, is all I'm getting at.

I shoulda started recording my impressions from when I played...

Oh, those sidequests and subplots aren't going away. Not in any way at all. The way they're weaving there way into 0.6 is actually surprising me.

A bit of why they got truncated how they did and that 0.5 ends in the state it does is because 0.5 got away from me. I turned into my largest content update to date and damn near killed the project because of it's size. I had to make a decision to 'just get it done' and leave some plot-lines dangling. In hindsight I'm actually glad that I did because of how they're influecing 0.6. 0.5 and 0.6 will be the first real interwoven content patches.

Honestly, that's fine then. I felt it might have been something like that (getting tired of a version and just wanting it over with).

Incidentally... Well, much like the random mugger from the first Dirty Harry film, I gots to know. Is Sarah always the first girl they let out and the one who visits you in prison, or is it... I dunno, the person you've got the highest relationship with or something? I just want to know so I can "grind" another girl's meter up if so. (Hee hee! Grind...)

Not that I dislike Sarah, just that I like other girls more. Also, Sarah's doesn't unlock any new sidequests at all...

WOW i played Despair L which was really good and had a lot to do but dam this game took me 9 hours and 38 mins and i love the story set for it... I would of played this sooner if not for the download links being super slow...

hehe, you got lucky I got Samantha. I would, of happily rather got Sarah but Alana is probably my favorite. Btw, wicked game but the choice with Terra was a little to dark for me..
