The game idea is interesting and, as far as this little demo goes, it seems it will be fun to follow. The art style for the first scene is looking really good and the draft you put for the second one doesn't seem to be any worse, so I'm anxious to see more of them in the game.
I'll be looking foward to future releases, keep up the good work.

In other news, I'll release an update sometime relatively soon. Hopefully within a week or two, don't have a precise date yet. If you've been keeping an eye on the blog and/or my Patreon's live changelog, you'll know that pre-build 4 will mostly be about quality of life changes and GUI updates (and ESPECIALLY the new main menu I evented, which I'm really excited for you guys to spend 10 minutes in before actually hitting New Game). I'd hope to have the busts included in this update, but they are unlikely to make it in this time. And if you ever wondered why not a lot of games features busts/full body portraits, it's because it's a LOT of work.

To be honest, I haven't been exactly satisfied with the how the game is progressing. At this point in time, I'd like to have the city maps (plus some other maps) completed alongside with the busts and the events/cutscenes associated with them, but as you can tell, that's still quite a fair bit away. That's mostly due to poor planning on my part. But eh, hopefully you guys will stick around while I slowly tick away at the game and hopefully become less sucky at planning in the process.

Here we are, Pre v0.1.0 build 4! Like I mentioned in my blog, my computer have begun to break down. You can read more about it in my blog. But here's pre-build 4. The main changes for this update is quality of life changes. Not much story or content advancements yet! Bear with me on those. Full changelog as below.

Additions:
- Press T to wait
- New logo
- Ultra sleek sexy looking main menu
- New main menu soundtrack that is more MMO-sounding
- New message boxes graphic
- VN styled choice boxes
- Gallery button in the main menu that doesn't work yet
- Version number now properly reflects build version (e.g Pre v0.1.0 build 4 instead of simply Pre v0.1.0)
- Fullscreen toggle in options
- New font
- Message letter sound effects

Changes:
- Updated RPG Maker MV engine to 1.2.0
- Optimized default RTP image resources that comes with engine update 1.1.0
- Intro dialogue changes
- Player's class starts out blank until a class is chosen
- Changed starting location for skipping
- Lust gain is now 1 by every 10 minutes instead of 6 by every hour
- Tweaked description of Wooden Helmet, Rusty Sword and Straw Shirt
- Estal City South Gate map tweaks
- "To Title" is now renamed "Main Menu"
- All normal weapon attacks (Heavy slash, Double Shot, etc) is now renamed "Attack"
- Removed the ability to switch weapon in combat
- Removed the equipment type "Overall" and and all equipment type with the suffix "All"
- Sound effect changes
- Updated credits
- Internal changes, general clean up and destroyed some dirty edits

Fixes:
- Fixed final character customization incorrectly reading gender
- Fixed the transfer event after final character customization requiring action button instead of player touch
- Added a simple loading screen to prevent 'drawImage' error from happening from transitioning screens

Debug room changes:
- Press tilde ~ key to access the debug room
- Reworked debug room access (No longer require a password to enter. In its place, a txt config file is in the game's folder and you'll have to set it to either true or false.)
- Debug key (the item) removed
- Removed CG viewer
- Restructured Weapons & Armor debug crystal
- Added slime enemies in battle tester
- Enemies no longer drop dominions
- Changing classes will no longer reset your level (thanks to engine update 1.1.0!)
- Debug Bat will now send you to a fixed location to prevent you from getting stuck if that's why you entered the debug room in the first place

Oh, I didn't notice that. Gimme a couple minutes to upload a fix.

EDIT: I found the problem, apparently RPG Maker's engine excluded the files needed for a plugin.

Yeah, it was definitely a mistake on my part. Engine 1.2 (or 1.1, I forget which) included a new option to exclude unused files to reduce the filesize of the game when deployed. I ticked that, but it didn't recognize the files used by one of the other plugins. I swear one of these days I'm gonna switch over to my own non-plugins solution.

Pre build 4.1 now up! Only changes is that I fixed the aforementioned problem. Let me know if there's any other problems.

The interface looks subtely better, although pink for the text boxes, I'm not so sure. I did lke the purplish color at first glance. I almost thought that Kerry had her tongue sticking out when Kyle was feeling her up, and well... me too.... :D

Keep up the good work, can't wait to get into the big city....

I'm not really feeling the pink either. So I'll see what I can do to make it look "glowly" and less pink. The "YOU SHALL NOT PASS" thing was a joke. I thought it was funny at the time (still do actually. Considering the lols).

I'm also receiving (currently just one) feedback about the textboxes getting out of control. Does anyone else have this problem? If you do, please provide a detailed description and/or screenshots so I can pinpoint the error.

I did not notice anything with the textboxes and I started a new game by going through and then skipping the intro.

I will say I do like seeing how your conversation choices affect your status. "-1 inhibition" etc..

That has actually been there since the beginning, but since I haven't pushed an update out so long, it's understandable people kinda forgot about it.

I think I know what the problem is. It's weird that some people doesn't seem to run into this problem. But regardless, I'll do a thorough playtest and upload another version within 24 hours.

Hi, i'm a new player and find this game interesting but i have 2 problem:
1- the image seem flatten
2- I'm stuck in the intro, i need to find the house south from the starting point, no problem but when i found it....nothing. I enter....still nothing. I go talk to my 2 friends and nothing again so....what did i miss please XD

I'm not sure what you mean by the image seem flatten. If you mean by how the characters looks stretched out, it is. I stretched it out into 2 tiles as placeholders. I'll eventually redraw them myself.

As for there being nothing in the house, that's a bug/my mistake in pre-build 4/.1. That'll be fixed in the next hotfix.

Dang Brontius, I got that on the 4.0 build, and the 4.1 should have fixed that, are you playing using the 4.1 or did you download 4.0 and just not play until later?

That's a bug in pre-build 4. Pre-build 4.1 fixed that bug and you could now launch the game. Although pre-build 4.1 now have a missing cutscene which is now fixed and just waiting for me to upload it. So, I recommend everyone to hold off on downloading build 4.1 and just wait for 4.2.

In the meantime, in order to bring awareness to the existence to the debug room (yes, it exists), here's a teaser image of what's already in 4.1! Take a look for yourself in the key items tab of the items crystal.

Well I'll redownload it if that is the problem. If you updated it to 4.1 during today then i have 4.0, if not then i have 4.1
