I have to agree that the chewing line sounded really strange, and not in a "hot" way. Seriously, does anyone actually chew pudding or yogurt? That guy's cum must have been way past its shelf date. Or maybe the game's database cross-linked "cum" with "beef stew".

I actually do chew on pudding if it tasted odd. But then I'd spit it when I realized it's expired. Like I said, it's a reflex thingy. I'm just automatically assuming everyone else does it too. But then maybe people do them but doesn't realize themselves. I will never know. But now that you mentioned beef stew, I remember me writing it in a way that suggests Ryu's cum was so thick it couldn't just be swallowed like that so Player has to chew it first. And no, the game's database doesn't cross link anything. RPG Maker doesn't do that. xD

But does it really sounded that odd? If it does I'll tweak it or just outright change it. Let me know.

While reading your line i stumbled on this, so you plan to make 2 tiles high sprites?? I mean i have a templates for about 100px high characters (both male and female which has a breast size variation) which was made for my game in rpg maker but i resigned from creating in rpg maker tools and decided to another engine, so if you don't get scary about working on sprites yourself i can send you templates (and almost done characters from kampfer with clothes if you want but probably don't want since i projected them in means of customization so basically each piece of clothes is another layer and all clothes fit to all characters since they are drawn for all breast sizes if you want to see how dynamic sprites works donwload sim brothel revival and check any of char that has dynamic sprite work - it's probably my work since it was i who implement this idea and created almost every character that has dynamic sprite - although it might be after i retired someone took and created few new ones).

Yep, I do plan on making 2 tiles high sprites. I got tired of looking at chibi sprites and wanted my characters to look unique (in terms of sprites anyway). I'll be making the sprites by myself since some characters have different body sizes. And no, that line of dialogue by Ryugami isn't in game yet.

Without shoving random trivias down people's throat, basically I just want the sprites to reflect their body size. Also the reason why I wanted 2 tiles high sprites. Having large breasts on a chibi sprite just doesn't look good. With all that being said, I will be taking a look at the sprites you made and study them. Are the templates you mentioned not included in Sim Brothel Revival and I have to hunt the internetz down for them or will you be sending me those?

Ah, didn't expect to run into another x-sim bro revival person here. I did some of the programming and bug fixing stuff for that for a few months. Specifically the update system and improvements to the stat leveling system (such that fighting stronger enemies was actually useful). O I also made a time puzzle that I think they removed cause it was too hard. RIP. I was always really impressed by the idea of the dynamic sprites and was definitely considering them for my game but I never learned how they worked when i was still helping with that project. Just being able to show equipment for the main party sounds nice.

I mean it's not complicated just create sprite during runtime by copying and paste different elements (base sprites)

Just seems hard to line everything up and I also don't know where I would put the code. Actually the more I think about it the less complicated it seems outside of the artwork part but i can't make sprites to save my life. O well, seems like a feature that would be fine to add in at a later point without having to redo much so maybe I will look more into it when I'm further into mine.

Alright, thanks. I had to download Gimp to access it (Adobe Photoshop whore here) and it took me awhile to figure out how you organized the layers. But holy shit that looks like a LOT of work. I will most likely not do it this way. Thanks for sharing the sprites for me to study though.

In other news, I've pretty much completed Ryugami's bust. There's additional information on my blog, but here's the almost completed bust.

Edit: I also just realized it's way too big. I should've resized it smaller for webpages like this. For those who don't know, I draw at pretty much in Photoshop's default International A4 template resolution (2480 x 3508) and I have to resize everything I drew to fit MV's 824 x 624 resolution. Who knows? Maybe when I finally start up a Patreon one of the reward tiers will be "all CGs available for download in their original resolution!" ...I am a evil, evil person.

While you see the gimp files have only so much layers because i wanted to keep sprites from one anime in one file (since it easier to keep control) when exported to used by game it would be as one png file per layer, and second if you choose only one breast size you could all other ignore (and to be truthful the other breast sizes are only if you want have a game fully customizable or many different characters shares the same pool of clothes - but in your case where you add your own art i believe you should choose only one breast layer for multiple cloth(for MC) whilst the other characters has only one cloth(NPC which aren't part of team).

I understand that. I pretty much do the same where I draw a naked sprite but then draw the clothing on a new layer. What I mean is just that it took me awhile to know which layer is which. Here's a fun fact: Kerry's sprite that's currently in game is actually drawn by me and not generated from MV's generator. It's just been stretched out since pre-build 3.

Not sure if your last sentence in the P.S is referring to this game, but if it is, I just pretty much wanted this to be a sim like game. The Rune Factory series has spoiled me too much. In fact, like I mentioned in the Gameplay description, the gameplay will be very much inspired from that. Except farming. You won't be planting seeds and watering them everyday. But you probably would be farming monsters for their exp and shit.

Oh yeah, I neglected to mention this in one of my replies to YSlayer since I had to pick out points I wanted to reply to specifically so I missed this, but the reason why the characters in the flashback scene isn't using Skype is simply because I wanted to avoid licensed things like Skype, Google and whatnot. So if there ever will be a reference to video games or anime (which Ryu probably will in a lot of his dialogues) the names won't be mentioned. So there ya go. My justification for not having them use Skype during that segment.

I finally got around to playing the demo, and I have to say that I'm looking forward to whatever you release next. It's nice to see themes like HERS Project's transformation.

As far as I know, HERS Project isn't the only kind of game that has genderbending as its main theme. But in any case, glad you enjoyed it! You can look forward to the next version whenever it's released.


In other news I have this time, I edited the OP/first post with more details and less fluff. It's basically quoted from the new "about" page up on my blog, so yeah.

The other big news is that I have launched Patreon. I won't be directly linking my Patreon here or put it in my sig, but it's up on my blog. This is also very likely to be the only time I'll mention Patreon. I don't want to fluff up this thread with Patreon talk. I dunno, there was something about how both Captivity and HERS Project handle the genderbending that made it more enjoyable to me than other TG games I found on tfgamessite.

Perhaps it's the timing of the genderbending? I've never played HERS so I can't say for sure, but in Captivity, I've made it happen quite early in game as oppose to other games that starts genderbending much later in game. It makes the players think, "oh, so I'm playing as a woman for the rest of the game now?" Instead of, "wait, what?! This isn't what I signed up for when I started playing!" Now, I'm not saying that making the genderbending start later in game is bad, I'm just making an observation.

The links for downloads in the OP was previously direct Mega links. I have changed this to link you to the download page on my blog. This change is mainly to make sure I only have to update the links in one page instead of 2 (or up to multiples should I ever make threads on other sites).

Ohai there. For those who are not up to date with the blog posts, I've been making a new UI. I'm leaning towards Type 1, but I really can't decide. So I'm leaving the decision up to you guys.

The poll is over! The votes ended with 11 (52%) for Type 1 and 10 (48%) for Type 2! To be fair, it didn't matter cause I pretty much combined both themes anyway. But thanks for everyone who took part in the poll!
