morning night? need some tool? im at v0.1.8 clicked on all butterfly'a at morning/night? and didnt get any...

i did see a comment talking about the first butterfly quest ( pick 3 butterfly's at night at the park ) .. and thats all
maybe i missed a comment about the 2nd butterfly quest .. that to pick 1 butterfly on the run that is not in the park?

When one of the butterflies runs away and you need to find it, you can find it at the hospital. It might be hidden from view but you'll find it by the tree line, I THINK at night (don't remember exactly).

I've been holding off on playing 1.8 because I assumed 1.9 was coming soon. Should I keep waiting for a few days or will it be a few weeks still before 1.9 shows up?

The game is great, congrats! Need few smoothing here and there, but overall is coming great.
But plz, don't take away the animated H-Scenes! It's awesome, one of the best parts of the game, since it's so rare to find RPGs with animated h-scenes. I find only passive images very boring and it actually will subtract from a game like this. I know animating things are hard work, but it's a very big plus to this kind of game. Besides, animated scenes with the new art would be even better! =)
Anyway, keep up the good work!

Its up to you if you want to do that and take all the time you need if you do decide to do it. I think he was more referring to your earlier post about possibly removing them entirely to have less work.

You are, after all, one of the move active/dependable devs that I have seen. I assume you work alone so you are mapping, eventing, drawing, animating, bug fixing and communicating with your players all by yourself which is far more than pretty much every other dev I have seen. Very few others do this and are even capable of doing this IMO.

So in conclusion, Just keep up the good work, don't get burnt out and take all the time you need. Just...keep in touch I guess and let us know how it's going once in awhile so we don't panic and think you are dead.

My two cents...? Go for animated scenes. Always. No doubt about it. This "market" is saturated already of static-pictures-visual-novel'esque games.

Hell, some of them have a so solid narrative that you forget even that they doesn't come even with pictures! (read 'The Last Sovereign')... but they the exception to the norm, and the time you put on a good script could also be well spent animating scenes if you have the skills, and not much people is gonna mind about a not so masterful story.

So by all means: take your time and animate like crazy. And be very subtle about gradual corruption in this kind of incest game. That's paramount.

Mmm, it seems I've thrown more than two cents after all... sorry if I seem to be a little pushy in my suggestions, ha ha! ... but I also think I know what I'm talking about. I'm a very experienced pervert, you know... ;-D

I can understand that man, I have been a long time fan of sierra lee's TLS game aswell but I haven't personally been able to play much of it recently since it is just such a long game to play through everytime to get to the new content. I really want them to add pics for their H-scenes but I honestly don't know how they will manage it since they already have scrolling text taking up the screen. It will be a bit wierd to have the text block the image and even then, people are used to the scrolling text now to the point where it will also be wierd if they try to resize it to add in a picture

Easy. Show pic first, then show scrolling text with pic as background (instead of black), then show pic again...

As for animations, please make them clickable, and not with fixed length

The saves transfer over now, I think that the breaking of saves was early on in the game, so you might give it a try again, with the walkthroughs should be, if not a cakewalk, a walk in park as defined by John Ringo's ZA series "Graveyard Sky".
