Well, it would be possible but in the end, due to the limited amount of floors and walls, it would make all the rooms the same in every scenes. Plus the game is already too advanced to change that now. What could be done easily is the black overlay though. I'll try to add this in the game options.
Yeah, I think I'm getting way ahead of myself. It's just I really enjoy how Glassix allows to do way more than most games that are really fancy graphic novels with static images and no animations. I really want to do more in that game, because I feel like I've done everything I actually enjoy (not one for story, you see).
I'm almost tempted to ask for the rights to use the engine and make a game with GMod. Luckily I'm busy with my own porn game project (in Flash).

a clear end game - I get I'm in a minority, but I never cared about stuff like 'end game', 'missions' or objectives. I'm a big fan of emergent gameplay and I prefer to screw around in my games, and see what's possible (and I mean, ALL games, not just the porn ones). Having a 'a clear end game' means there's some sort of looming goal that I'm gonna need to fulfill before I can actually start enjoying the game, without checking how many days I have left to pay the debt. Adding an option to start without debt would solve the problem, but I smell the word 'patreon' in the air
choose between spending money to upgrade their building or pay back the debt to decrease the interests - I hate this mechanic. When I'm building and upgrading, I want to focus all my resources on reaching this goal. Having to set some money aside for an arbitrary reason does not sound like something to make the game more fun, just something to slow down the progression.
there is no first person movement - I don't really know how to express what I'm thinking (not very smart), but essentially you have this cool game where you own a hotel, and find little peeking holes and all that... I just can't stop thinking about how much fun would it be to actually have to walk there, rather than click buttons. That's what I think is missing in a lot of games, the feeling that you're actually IN the game, not just controlling a character there.
first person camera during the H scenes - ...and you're gonna make it a first person in the only situation where being able to pan around the scene would be more fun...
I'll have a poll for my patron for it in the future - either it's a good idea and you should add it, or it's a bad idea and you should keep it from the game. I have no idea what's the point of asking patrons, unless you want to stroke their egos in exchange for the money they give you.

I'll release a public demo - if you're making the game and releasing builds, like with Glassix, that are available for patrons first, others later, then the game will be fun. If you plan to release the full version only to those who pay you, and everyone else can play the demo, well, you've completely lost me. No offence, but I can't imagine the finished game having more content than most demos I've ever played. Aside from simply not being able to afford paying for porn games, I don't think they're worth that money, making this less of you selling a product and more like you're holding the product to ransom. And yes, I know there are people who donate because they want to show appreciation. I just believe you should rely on them to get you money in exchange for small favours like a sneak peek or earlier access to snapshots.
I think a lot of what I said comes from frustration over shitty games like that stupid Princess something game, ot Midnight run, where it seems like the creators slapped few pictures together, strung them up with some text and now demand momney from everyone who wants extra scenes. I'm sick of games beign nothing but static image galleries with extra steps to see the pictures. I want a game where I can feel like I'm a character and I do what I want, and not being pressed for money. And the reason why I wanted to keep it all to myself is, well, I know most people will disagree with me, and that's fine, because my opinions aren't going to change the course of history.
I just want to play good games.
I believe text dump is not a valid form of storytelling in video games. Video games are for interaction, not reading, therefore the story should be woven into gameplay instead.
