I prefer watching you though, very interesting design that I can completely appreciate, and a quality of picture that hits my standers. It's not something that gets me through the week, but I do wait with baited breath for the next update. Always good to see your updates every week as well, Great game, and how many parts to this did you say there will be?(has a vague memory) And how do you plan for all the saves to come together from each piece, maybe it's just because I don't know how to use RPG Maker, but would a save from the last part be compatible with the first Part?
*Edit*Also I feel like Felix needs to turn into a girl as a later part of it, optional I guess.
*Edit*Did I find a slender man easteregg?

The answer to question 1 is here
2) Felix is 13 so way to underage to be worrying about that
3) There's a couple homages to slenderman, happy hunting.
Lurkingchar Wrote:2) Is he really? Damn I thought I had paid Good attention to the story, Well anyway, maybe in a sequel We'll see how he feels about, rule 63.
GameStrategy Wrote:Now that I've played a bunch of other RPG maker games, I have to say that this is easily my favorite to date.
Positives
- Low battle grind (No random battles; Gold available through investments/bank and optional daily quests; High levels not required)
- Short & sweet H-scenes with decent art (I prefer dialogue-based scenes over walls of text, and I'm happy with scene-setting cgs that don't remind me of MS Paint)
- Old-school RPG feel (Quests have importance to the story/characters, Puzzles and hidden items, Optional sidequests that are still character-relevant)
- Girl/Event variety (Enslaving girls comes with different things like zombie attacks, defeating a necromancer, saving someone's farm, buying a shop, buying slaves, sneaking up on the sister, etc.)
- Enjoyable writing (The character dialogues are fun to read - for the most part [See my one negative])
Negatives
- The main character is annoying. I'd almost rather that he never spoke.
Compared to the other RPG Maker games I've played, Harem Collector excels in every category but the main character's personality - and then I'd say it's at about the same level as games like Harem (A long-winded character that is either eyeroll-worthy or disturbing) or Overwhored (A character that doesn't speak much, but whose short lines are more annoying than humorous to me. When his thoughts are implied rather than stated, it's a better game.).
If the harem Collector main character was less of a dick/douche, it'd probably be just right for me.
Considering that I'm quite a critic, I have to say that this is an amazingly good game.

I wasn't trying to speak for everyone; just my own tastes.
Hammnet Wrote:Ok, so, im absolutely loving the game!.....but theres just one, teeny tiny....major game breaking issue. whenever I go into the leftmost room of the wizards house during the bank quest, my game crashes and says that im missing "Graphics/parallax/BlueSky"...is this a common issue? or m I just an idiot with a crappy computer?
Aliciacullen Wrote:Hey, I tried to download this but Norton pitched a total fit, accusing it of being a Heuristic virus. I dont really think you would install a virus, but it's possible one of the sites you loaded it through could have latched a virus onto it as a tag-on. If would would do me a favor, I'd really appreciate it if you could mail me a file containing the game so I could run the .exe myself? Thanks! just PM and ill send my email (:
Kuragari Wrote:Right, so whats happened since I was last in here? Has much been added? I'm not really all that keen on the idea of downloading the game again if much hasn't been done.
