So I feel like an idiot but I just started to try out the game and got stuck on literally the first section some advice please

So major problem.

I am unable to do anything after I get the curse in the beginning of the game. Nothing happens after to talking to all the woman in town... also the girl that spawns on the far left doesn't have a quest blip above her head if that is a problem.

This has been fixed in version 0.6.2.1 and it WAS the girl without a quest marker. Thanks for letting me know! Not sure when this happened...

@GOI, this may have also been your issue (if this is where you got stuck).

after paying 50K for our business Partner (for the offer of a blowjob) she is in the castle, but onto entering she tries to get to my tile and never interacts, blocking me from moveing and trapping me inside.
Also if you offer exact the money needed Sebastian says she cheated him out of 10k Gold

I believe Sebastian is referring to the mediocre 10k blowjob he was scammed out of. This has nothing to do with the 50k investing amount.

Also, when Fionna arrives at the castle (and gets stuck) please include more info. Did something get in the way stopping her? Or did she just stop for no reason? Either way I think this will be FIXED next update. Are you unable to progress past this scene? Or is it only a chance of happening at this moment?

From what I saw when I played the game she stopped right in front of you but nothing happens. The game stops and you can't escape without restarting.

Noone is in the way or anything else stopping her (except of Sebastian himself), also if I pay her 60K Gold (10k for BJ and 50K for donation, Quest only requires 50 K WITH the BJ) its the same sentence...

also After Building the Library and ordering Gwen to research the Phantom Knights she says "Ok I'll research the Ring"

Even after Mastering Elven language you can check out the dictionary and start that counter again

Unfortunately, players can invest more than is necessary with the enter amount function. I am working on a way to remedy this. Players ONLY need to invest an additional 40K along with the 10k blowjob ripoff for a total of 50k. The quest will track the correct amount needed remaining.

Fionna's proposal is sketchy at best and the harem party does not trust after she scammed them out of the initial 10k. Once the total amount needed is paid she finally comes through as a business partner but this is not something Sebastian fully trusts in initially. I may rework the dialogue in these scenes at some point the more I work out Fionna as a character.

Can you clarify where you spoke to Rakshivah at? She should not be able to Hunt more than one attempt.

Clarify what map talking to her changes lance's sprite.

Amelia responding for Objectives is intentional since that is her role, not lance's. I did not want to remove Amelia's Objectives when switching to lance because that would require players switching needlessly just to see the Objectives. Amelia can still talk and respond to others even while Lance is switched in which is why he does not replace all of Amelia's lines in scenes.

If Fionna's scene is freezing the game I will release another fix later tonight.

I am not able to replicate or determine a cause for these bugs. You are welcome to pm me your save or pm me further details so I may look further into it.

The first Sea King fight happened with an underwater Background, while the second was the Castle Background

This has been FIXED along with a bug making cancel select the sea king.

So you got the scene without rescuing all three? Or you rescued all three and did not get the scene at the elf village? I reset the elf at New Jewel Road so her switch would count. If you only saved the two around new jewel did you miss the one in the pop brothel raid...? She is also required for the "scene"...
This is NOT an official quest and each rescue intentionally seems like nothing will happen for a bigger payout this chapter...

Also you already included a text if you go over the estimated investment for Fiona why not offer a relationship boost aswell? (something like +15 instead of the normal +12)

This will most likely be the alternative fix if fionnas affection has any worthwhile affects later on.

The necromancer was a sidequest in previous chapters. She is not considered a secret of THIS chapter.

completed the murder investigation Quest+ loaned Amelia to the female wannebe Advenuteress (who I motivated the chapter before) for Boss Mollys infamous 3rd challenge...for girls only...
If I go to the NE corner of the guild I am presented with the monsters from the first challenge...and can actually trigger the fight

Just to toss it out there I'm having this same line of problems as the poster two up from me. I'm not 100% sure how to progress as I've talked to ever npc i can, cleared every location besides the mountain path but its too tough with two characters, and the pop brothel just thanks me when i talk to her so i cant finish that.

Am i just missing something?

Sorry in advance for the wall of text, but I have a few questions and a bug report about the game.

What are you supposed to do to complete the ‘kill or be killed’ quest? I can’t figure out either of the objectives.
Also, how do you get your main girl back after she leaves in the Black Knight scene?
This is my second run through of the game in my attempt to get it to work. The first time I skipped forward in the story by accident and then ran into a bug where the area wouldn’t load but I could still use the menu. I really like the game, just struggling to get it to work correctly.

After arriving in the first city I went to the mountain pass to check it out after doing a few quests. When it bacame apparent that I had gotten extra companions in the dialogue I tried to leave. This caused the ambush scene with the four heroes from the guild. I beat that battle after a few tries and ended up in the next city. When I reached the scene where Sebastian runs off in the library the screen fades to black only to never fade back in.

Note: I am running version 6.3
