Chapter 5 complete! As always if there are any issues with the gameplay or any other concerns, let me know and I will work to get it fixed ASAP! I try to be pretty on top of that stuff after all.

-More training for Amelia at Throne Room
-Arena match for Rakshivah at Arena
-Craft all 6 Gear skills for Penelope (items can be bought at Marketplace if needed)
-Optional spells for Gwen (including one for Krusty Krabs)
-4 Fuck List quests
-Finish learning elven (if possible)

I also want to be clear about MISSABLE objectives as of Chapters 4 and 5.

And for those that are interested, here is an in-depth list of new things/changes as of 0.5.1:

-Every location in New Jewel can be explored BEFORE Chapter 4 ends. But sidequests/fucklist objectives will only appear in Chapter 5. This can be useful for last minute gifting since the gift cycle resets every chapter.

-Sex magic (SP) has been completely revamped. From updated animations, to preserving TP. SP users will no longer gain SP from being damaged. SP will now be restored from sex skills like Nymph's healing and other sex-based skills. (Like the succubi or Sebastian's Cure.)

-Gwen's spell equipping. Spellbooks can be acquired either through exploring or by buying them from the multiple magic shops seen in every location. Speak to Gwen about Spells and select a Spellbook in order to teach her that spell. Players can also reset the spells learned once the limit has been reached if needed and get all spellbooks back.

-Amelia, Penelope, and Rakshivah can all pursue solo objectives this Chapter while Sebastian undergoes his sex training. Players can either choose to play as individual party members or wait until the team joins up later and achieve objectives then so don't worry about missing anything here.

-New sprites/facesets for Mermaids,Nagas and the River Lady. The River Lady now also has a "formal" version for the date scene.

-Make sure to re-equip ALL characters. Some party members have been reclassed for what they wear.

-Skills have been rebalanced. Particularly Savage Thrash and most of Penelope's skills.

-Penelope can now teach Sebastian elven if reveals herself, regardless of whether the learn elven quest was started with Merchant Bodyguard quest or not. She will offer this chance anytime once her affection >=25.

More things may have been updated! A LOT of work went into this update to make it the best it possibly could!

This "gift" has been removed. Those of you that downloaded this the night of release got an accidental gift so enjoy.

Sorry to disappoint but no artwork yet. Sex Quest is not a funded project so I cannot commission an artist. My own level of artistic ability would most likely do more harm than good to the game overall.

I have been looking into ways to make the game visually sexier like nude sprites and 3dcg maker (which is the program used by ker's harem and harem collector to make their hentai images.) If I decided to go this route I can teach myself to use the program but at the moment I'm not satisfied with how 3dcg maker looks. It has the same sex appeal as posing a bunch of naked Barbie dolls together.

If Sex Quest ever DOES become a funded project, artwork will absolutely be the first thing I use that money for but right now I haven't made the decision of should I make this a funded patron game or just leave it as a small work of personal passion.

I started posting this game as a test to see if there would be enough interest in my work. If I decide the demand is there and if people are willing to help fund this project I will certainly consider that for the future of Sex Quest!

But sadly no artwork yet. hopefully the story and gameplay alone will entertain you all for now.

The rescue elf is un-avaliable or broken, have 100% elven, so if that was suppose to trigger a change, didn't find it. So far, before all elven, she runs, after all elven, she runs

There is a random elf looking lady with the heart over her at the end of the slums that you can talk to alone, which you can't have full elven at the time, but when you are the group again, and can have full elven, she does not talk.

Going to guess that something will change wether you fight old wise (fourth walling a bit) mage.

Not really a great way to grind gil in this chapter, making it difficult to really tell if you have programmed things to happen if you pay the other 40,000, only noticeable grind is the sharkmen, which does not give enough with the low drop of teeth to take time to grind to reach that mark, and don't feel like going back to the point of rescuing penolope at the moment.

Just leave a post or pm me if I have some how just missed an obvious thing.

These are all intentional except for casual elf lady. I will double check on this when I have time but regardless, all side objectives in Chapter 5's New Jewel Capital can be done in later updates as well so there is no urgency to complete them all now. Fionna's investment objective is prepared for completion but I do not expect anyone to complete it as of Chapter 5. Chapter 6 will have a lot of open world exploring and chances to complete these objectives.

You might think it's blocked by this door that doesn't open no matter which switches you flipped... well, check the door instead.
That being said, it doesn't hold anything crucial so you're technically not missing anything.

Puzzle tower is a complex dungeon so this could refer to multiple chests I won't answer how to unlock in forum.

EDIT: if it's the chest in the sealed room Y mentioned, do not go in there! That room is off limits maggots!

I think I have found a bug (or have done something wrong...)

With the new release I restarted from leaving High Ecstasy. I arrived in the New Jewel Capital and encountered Captain Mythril for the first time (as it shoul be). Then at the Guest Rooms, right after first mentioning Gwen (even before visiting her at the University and certainly before the end of Chapter 4) there happened a scene of Nymph teaching Gwen sexual magic and a dialogue about Porno Archives. Porno Archives quest also appeared at the journal.

Also I wanted to ask several questions. I don't ask for a walkthrough, just please tell me if several things are possible or not

-Is it possible to rescue farmers during the Orc Farm Raid quest?
-Is it possible to open ALL the chests during the Deep Forest Trouble quest? Because access to one chest at the left bank is blocked by a plant from the left, river from the right, and green walls from above and from below.

*giggles* I was wondering how many players passed by that door without trying to interact with it. It seems one of my sneaky ninja tricks has been discovered. ^_^

That being said, it doesn't hold anything crucial so you're technically not missing anything.

Have you tried using it with the other doors? Or is that not considered "crucial"?

The item in that chest is taken back by Boss Molly anyway after the trial is complete so there is NO later use for the item as of yet since Boss Molly confiscates it maggots!

But it IS intentionally possible to get around Boss Molly confiscating the item:

The Puzzle Tower can be re-explored AFTER the party becomes official adventurers...

Balancing the game is always something I'm constantly fine tuning. Next update I may take a look at balancing some armors and fixing the optimize function. If there's anything anyone finds out of whack avout these, let me know.

Note: I may or may not release a 0.5.2 update based on all the issues surrounding Penelope and the elf peasant. I have also made it possible to gift her and do the reveal/teaching scenes at every meeting point in chapter 4. If this is something anyone is interested in let me know. The next update won't be until some time in February so let me know now!

Have you tried using it with the other doors? Or is that not considered "crucial"?

It's not crucial in the sense that you don't need it as a key item to get a bonus scene or extra affection points or a super powerful secret item etc etc... You could solve all the challenges in the puzzle tower and get all the treasures through logic and effort. ^{like a real nerd}

The Krusty Krabs was answered earlier in the thread, I think the answer is no, but we'll be able to come back later.

I thought I rescued all the farmers, but I might be mistaken, and I don't recall Deep Forest Trouble but if it's in chapter 5 I might not have played it yet.

I cannot replicate this bug but I understand what could cause it. Regardless, this has been fixed!
