Hi there everyone!

I'm Mirthal, a game dev currently working on a free, pixel-art game called Aurelia.
The game aspires to be a pixel art VN built on GML with a lot of features and high-quality art.

The story is set in a fantastic medieval world full of beautiful women and exotic races, the player will take the role of a young man that inherits his grandfather house and on a sudden twist of fate, becomes entangled with a magician.

At the moment, the game offers

- Backward save compatibility, so you don’t have to restart the game on every patch.

Are you sure you're allowed to have such a graphic image (the last one) on your Patreon page? I thought a lot of accounts had been banned due to mature content being openly advertised.

Most of them just got suspended till they changed/removed said art.

I think this was because on some older accounts the +18 Disclaimer was not showing, so patreon took them as breaking terms of service.

But this is speculation *tin foil hat on*

- Reworked the Start menu visuals entirely
- Reworked the Main menu visuals entirely
- Added vertical synchronization to avoid tearing
- Menus BG and design got a visual update
- Visual improvements to the save, load, exit and achievements, submenus
- The Journal menu will only show characters after you meet them
- Added a loading bar to the start of the game
- Removed the particle effects at the start to speed up the loading process
- Fixed problems with dynamic resolution for lower screen resolutions
- You can use the mouse wheel instead of the scrolling bar
- Added a progress bar to the achievement submenu
- The maximum resolution now caps at 16:9 (higher was giving some visual issues)
