Hi we're DuskyHallows, the two person team behind Sanguine Rose. Sanguine Rose is a visual novel made in flash which features over 30 original works of erotic art, dozens of branching dialogue options, expressive sprites for the characters (Carmen has tens of thousands of possible expressions* alone), and about 20,000 words. The setting is a low fantasy medieval world, where you and your band of mercenaries have just captured the High General of a warring nation. Your prisoner, Carmen Valentine, will do everything in her power to escape. This mostly involves stripping, corrupting your crew, and sucking dick. The game centers around themes of domination and submission, as well as voyeurism and exhibitionism. The alpha currently contains the first day of the game's planned length, and we're now taking suggestions on the kind of content to include in the following days within the game. You can play PreAlpha 0.41 through our blog, or download the Alpha 1.0.0 by becoming a Patron. The latest Alpha build is also available to our Officer's ($10+) and will be coming to all our patrons early next month.

*We don't use all possible expressions because it would look a bit weird if Carmen was winking, blowing a kiss, frowning, and staring off to the side all at the same time... But the point is we could do that.

Good art. But I prefer women with pubic hair, I think they look better this way. Although, currently it is much more common to see women without this in games, for some reason...

That could be an idea for Glasha maybe, she doesn't seem the type to trim too much.

This version contains music, a fully functioning gallery which tracks how much of the game's content you've unlocked, and an additional scene featuring Carmen and Crow!
