Could some one tell me where the minions are? cuz i can't find em, am i just an idiot or do i need to do something

Yeah they don't show up from the start, they will later.
Either level up the Queen in obedience or slave or both, and/or pass some days.
It doesn't make any sense and as I mentioned it's exceptionally poorly explained.
