hey man, good to know you got the messages! I've actually found my programmer and we're working at full speed right now but feel free to email me either way. we're building the game from the ground and up and there are some pretty big plans in place already so I'm quite happy with how things are progressing.

I really love these models and animations. Are we gonna see sneak peeks along the production line or whenever what you're making gets done?

Very good work so far. I look forward to this game. The models are quite fantastic.

thanks for the kind words guys! I'd be cool with posting some progress updates during major milestones, maybe different versions of the game to test out and get feedback on... but generally I'd like to refrain from clogging the thread with rough and unfinished work, so we'll see. I'll probably post animations as they're finished and/or implemented but some stuff will be saved for the game itself, gotta give people an incentive to play!

in other news, my current programmer is starting up with school and has other projects to attend to so he's currently on standby. the search is on once again for a new programmer, preferably someone familiar with classes and states in as3. if anyone here has a contact who'd be willing to help out, feel free to PM me.

yo! just a quick update; we've been hard at work on the game for the past little while, found a new programmer who's been advancing the foundation rather nicely. we're now using a physics engine in conjunction with flashdevelop to really nail down collision so the platforming is accurate and responsive. we've also decided to start a progress blog where you can check out all of our rough process work and stuff, so it kinda makes my previous post invalid, haha. working on a new model at the moment; I figured it's a good time as any to implement multiple body types to cater to different tastes while applying some vector optimization techniques I've learned along the way.

Agreed, can't wait to see her animated. Lemme know if you need a tracer, I'm pretty good at making things easy to animate, so hit me up if you need work done.
