It is hard to think of a good position at this point, I have to see how it looks with some basics like missionary, doggystyle, cowgirl, etc. That way we can see what we got to work with.

Don't worry, you can ask anything. You click on Upload attachment > Choose File > Add the file > Place inline. It will look something like this "[ attachment= 0 ] Image [ / attachment ]" and then you just put that line where you want the image.

Aside from player species, what kinds did u have in mind for the player to interact with? Personally i like rabbits and squirrels but there are so many possibilities. This has good stuff written all over it and i like the fact that it's more indepth.If you get in good terms with a character and are rewarded with sex, you could make it to if continued on good terms would mean more rewards like different positions and such as opposed to "i got what i want from you, next".

Anyways, this is a great concept and i look forward to seeing what else you've planned for it.

@Trninja2 Thank you. I'm glad you're looking for in depth content. I can't really tell how many different kind of species there will be but what we are looking for is a good variety with both common and not common species. You can expect rabbits and squirrels to be on the list as well.

Click, whirr... crunch? Oh crap! No no no no! Ah, damn it! My f*ckin scanner just broke.

(And after spending the last two hours screaming, and running around in circles, a possible solution.)
I dug up my art tablet, and took a photo of one of my pages, to show that I haven't been slacking off.
Then, I traced the sketch with my tablet, and boosted up the resolution by using vectors.

I'll worry about getting a new scanner in the next two or three weeks, but that can wait, here's the photo.

So... what do you think? Is my improvisation a good idea, or should I wait a few weeks?
If it's good, what do you think of the sketches? Keep in mind that they're just for testing purposes, and to test out the perspective. Finally, a question, how should I make the characters look over all? These sketches don't show off the proportions quite right, so i'll get to drawing out some character sheets.

If there are any glaring flaws, just feel free to tear my sketches to shreds, they are, of course, just for practice right now.

I've been a long time lurker and when I saw your post, I got excited. For one thing, I simply adore sims because they tend to turn me into a sobbing mess of clingy needs. And I love it. Whether it's flash or those otome sim games, I will always have fun playing them; especially if I can create my own character. I'm totally cheering for you and your project, definitely gonna keep checking up on your updates.

If you still need an artist of some kind, I would be thrilled to help in anyway I can. Just saying. 8D

@Icelink256 Rip, your scanner... You can really draw a pussy! That position and camera angle is not as easy to draw as some might think so I think you did a great job. The vagina is especially pleasant to look at and it makes you you just want to dig in. The only complaint is that her head doesn't look that attached to the body but it's a tricky angle so not much of a problem. Then her right leg looks quite thin bit that's easy to fix. Over all good.

I assume you made the lines jagged in the trace as well to make it look more like fur. It looks good but It won't really fit the coloring style. I believe that if you got simple colors then you should also go with simple lines.

It actually turned out better than I hoped.

Another thing, can you have it a png with transparent background?

...Amazing coloring job, i'm assuming that you like the character style? I was going to aim for something more serious looking once I had practiced enough. But can easily keep her/them looking more or less the same, if you'd like.

O,O ...How did you know the exact character palette that I had in mind? Then again, if she was red/blue/purple we might get into a bit of trouble.

The shoulders? Oops, right. The original idea for the sketch was that she was in a standing position, and that you're on your knees performing oral sex. But halfway through, I had changed my mind and moved her onto her back. (Point being, her head position had been exaggerated, to give you the impression that she was looking down at you. I forgot at some point to fix the mistake.)

Yeah, my attempt at symmetry really failed with her legs. Next time, i'll make more of an attempt to fix it.

Uh, no on the lines... They are sketchy because I was in a hurry to make a trace, next time i'll correct the lines once I have the base sketch done. Unfortunately, I don't have the option for transparency on this tablet.
(I did the trace work on my Nintendo 3DS, hehehe...)
But I can manually clean the lines to make the final line work easier, to make up for it.

And now, a question. How should I draw the characters' hands? Five, or four fingers? I'm a little lousy when it comes to drawing the inside of a hand, oddly enough, not so much with the back of a hand.

I'll sketch up some of the basic sex positions next, and get to drawing a blowjob scene for male characters.

So... Stick with the higher resolution? You seem to have used that one for the colored version.

No need to hurry, you can take as much time you want. I'm just happy that you want to help out so it doesn't matter that much how long things take. I also don't want you to rush anything.

You really did that on the 3DS. I have a 3DS and I have never thought of using it to draw or trace things... I knew I recognized the file name though... I thought you traced it in a drawing program. If you dud then you would be able to get a transparent background but all that matters is the lines really.

If you feel comfortable drawing five fingers then that would be the best.

The resolution doesn't really matter for me, once I got it down in Flash I can resize as much as I want. It is good as long as you can make a bit thicker lines with less pixelation. the highest possible resolution would be best I think.

As already stated once, I'd imagine even in a world of furries there are still wild animals leading to domesticated pets and livestock, the latter especially considering a society of carnivores and herbivores living together.

The ethical discussions on that matter might be epic ones, but then again maybe furries just think differently XD

But it's not that it's such a big matter to think about ^^'

I don't think it matters too much. But something interesting could be done if you do have domesticated / feral normal animals. Normal animal on furry, or furry on normal animal sex.

I like to draw faces, and bodies, don't know so much about furries because the furries I tend to draw look like an actual's animal's head on a human body... as in the heads look realistic so they're less furry and more creepy. I definitely cannot wait to play it and customize my character. But I'll certainly miss that funny face friend of yours. That smile just brightens up my day.

Uh, KaTsu.
By character style, I was referring to the artstyle I use to draw anthro/furry characters in general.
This style is much more cartoon-like for example, as opposed to drawing characters in a style modelled
after Adam Wan's art style. My anthro god.

But I'm thinking to just stick with this style for now, because i'm only just getting back into drawing again, after about a full year and a half. Besides, the full style would be difficult to convert into vectors.

Icelink256 The artstyle is pretty good. If you could draw close to Adam Wan then that would be pretty good but I haven't seen much of the current style so I don't know if I would prefer Wan's style over a more original one... Well, keep the style I would say.

Yeah, i'll get some more sketches/linework posted up soon enough. But for now, i'm just running off to work.

Oh yeah, i'll get my character sheet(s) posted up as soon as possible. The male dog looks a little "ehh..." right now.
