I thought you were going to rework the "real" endings into scenes for the game. I'm calming down a bit, but I just can't believe you keep saddling up more work. One day, something will break if you keep going like this.

The best way to keep making new scenes and features is to think about those new features, even if it takes a bit to be implemented.

I think that might be the best, some extra stuff for beating the game. It's like "here you go, for beating the game you get to see what you wanted the original Mario games to be " That's kinda cool if you'll keep it like that, except...

... I haven't actually beaten PMTTYD again yet and it's been too long since I beat it last, but I am pretty sure this doesn't lend itself very well to a pornographic ending.

Now, I know this game isn't going to be 50% PMTTYD, but it sure feels like it!

I decided to put PMTTYD features in it because some creatures are adorable, others are interesting to use and gives more variety.

I saw 肉まんマン's post (That's a bizarre name, by the way.) and I agree with him in some places. If possible, could you make it so you can choose to alternate between the two Peach designs? While I'm personally more fond of Blargh's incarnation I realize yours is to make the game more functional. Think of it kind of like graphics settings; Your design for speed and performance while Blargh's could be used for those with higher-end systems that need not worry about such things.

No offense of course. It's just a preference.

Level 2-3 started. It will be like level 2-1, but it will have a pyramid where Peach will enter. Inside, it will have new graphics like 'straw', but Peach will not be able to destroy it to go down yet.
After finishing this level, I'll put the first pokey scene, and I may put PHANTO inside the piramid. He will not do anything to Peach yet.

No problem. I understand you. But, again, I would need much more opinions asking for the old Peach. (I can make a voting pool, not now, though). Anyway, the only differences is her old head and her ponytail. So yes, its possible to bring her back. Even her old dress (But I will have to redesign it, because I can make a better locking model, and with less curves, like 800, instead of 6000 curves of the old dress! That's not only because that quantity let the game slow, but because it uses more memory, and are prone of errors (Flash itself has a limit of curves, shapes and layers). For about layers, 16.000. Some says its a limit in each object, but I've into problems and I've had to remove some layers.

So, short answer: I require much more opinions, so I can make a free time only to make this feature (old peach and remade dress). And, of course, as a new clothing item, not to replace the new dress from which many like it and its the more known Peach dress in her games.

I think it would be best if the designs of Peach were thought about towards the end of the games development cycle. Making more levels, enemies and scenes are more important than Peach's detail. Besides, I don't think the most detailed model available is used during the development of a game, we're lucky you aren't just using a pure pink wire-frame or something similar.

I do like the idea of having it as an option for people who have a computer that can handle it, maybe the option can have a warning that it slows the game down.

Not true. Peach's details are just as important as anything else due to the fact that this game is about Peach. We cant have a good MiM game with an ugly Peach can we? So designing Peach should never be low priority. To have a suitable game you must have a suitable character. But if Ivan likes this Peach so be it. I like it! I dont have any problems at all. Its not like I stare at her face often anyways...

Ivan's style is different and we shouldnt hate his game cuz of it. Each person has their own preferences and so thats why there are two people working on a MiM. There will be haters and and there will be lovers. We cant please the whole world be we can please ourselves. And thats all that really matters in game developing. And profits dont forget profits

I wasn't trying to say that Peach should be ugly, but her current design is her current design, her design can always be improved...

I just re-read my post, I'm going to edit it but this part I don't think people make games with the most detailed model available is completely worded wrong. What I meant was, during the development of a game, the model isn't the most detailed model. Cause of course, the characters with good design look good and are focused on first when you first play a game.

And I agree that this game only really needs to please the ones who are making it, because they are the ones putting their time into it.

If I bring old Peach dress (SSBB style) back, for sure it will be imported as already improved while maintaining detail. No need to put a warning. But not 'so much' detail as the image below.

I'm not blowing my own trumpet, but her new style was one of my masterpices so far. I love her as it is. Her face is cleaner, can be zoomed more without errors we see in the old model, she's younger and much more important than all: she looks good in frontside pose.

At the end of the level there are two toads. A "talk" box appears over their head, click that. Then follow the instructions.
If you still can't do it, report again.

If you're using Firefox, then you can right-click the game screen and pick the option "Global Settings".
Then you click the box Local Storage settings by site and find legendofkrystal.com

For Chrome, I don't know if it's possible.
I think you're best bet is to download the game and change the swf into an exe. I can recommend using Swf2exe.

Ivan, love what your doing with the game- im checking this site like twice a day for updates. As I have stated before I prefer the old peach and would love for her to be a playable character. And I understand that it takes time to put her back and your priorities are set designing levels but please consider bribing peach back. Again I love what you did with the game

Ok, I've made a travel by car, 320 miles, 7 hours total (traffic jam). I'm so tired but I'll recover and I will keep working on level 2-3. I may not finish it 'completely' yet but I want to make it playable soon. Then I'll include a second castle level (2-4). I'll observe with ENORMOUS attention the 'level detaching' bug' (or 'double level bug'), when you finish a given level (or go from outside to inside, like 1-7 level). If it occurs again after adding 2-3 and/or 2-4, I'll need to do a research and even ask Adobe. May be a bad news: 'flash limit'.

Ok thank you! So I may do that:
1) when I have a free time, I'll redesign the Smash Bros Brawl Peach Dress, so I can add it as a new dress option.
2) later in game design (maybe after level 2-4 or when I make more pokey scenes) I'll add the old Peach as an option. But she will be 'deprecated', that is, no more updates on her (it will be playshapes 100% original), unless someone wants to improve her head and people like it.

I also prefer the new Peach. Honestly, she doesn't look so great in Blargh's version now, but not everyone seems to agree on that.

So, a plan here. I think it's a good idea to put up a new poll asap. (The one up is already clear, no need to keep it up for ages.)
Make it run for 5-7 days. If at least 25% of the voters wants old Peach back in, then do so.
But if not, then tough luck.
