If I recall the pic has story value for the one already there. But maybe on that idea it could be used as a but a dirty picture of Jenny thing like in the first town

That's actually a very good idea.
In retrospect, it doesn't really make sense that the player would find a picture and not be able to see it.

I recently stumbled across a picture of Misty that seems to show-off the personality I'm trying to give her in this game:

She's determined to prove that she's not a kid.

Why? Because her sisters won't let her be part of their shows. Or include her when they make out with each other.
She feels like she's being left-out because they see her as a kid.
She doesn't see herself as a kid, and resents it when people treat her like one, so she tries to prove she's not young anymore.

The only thing is, I didn't figure this out until a few months go, so I might have to change what she says and does in some of the old scenes in the game, to match this personality. What changes do you think I should make?

I think that your current Misty fits this archetype, but you take very little advantage of it in the game as of now. I'll have to replay it to give you more precise tips.
