I AM on hentai foundry, FMC, but they reject all my submissions because of "Bad anatomy". i know im not the BEST artist in the world, but i am reasonably good, and a hell of a lot better than some of the stuff that DOES get onto HF, so it's starting to feel kind of personal.

Knowing the internet? It probably is. One of the mods probably took offence to you, or one of the users saw your stuff and decided to spam complaints. Happens all the time on forums all over the place.

So no one, not even the staff for either site will help you? Sounds like these sites just exercise a bad case of "my site, my rules", which generally have bad staff anyway if that's their only excuse to reject you. Sites like this may as well not accept anyone if that's their attitude.

=^^= this site IS nicer than average. by a long shot. part of why i'm here.

none of my artwork ever even made it UP at HF. the site reviews every image that goes up, so one of the admins is actively dropping my stuff. if the 'high standards' they cite were applied to everybody i might write it off, but some of the stuff that goes up is.. ehnm... i try not to be mean, but... basic anatomy... or having seen a human being... might help some of the artists there at times. there ARE fantastic artists there too, but... eugh...
tumblr is a thought though...
and i DO post a few things on furaffinity from time to time when i have something that fits there.

(ive been doing a lot of muscle and fat deposit studies lately. didnt MEAN to make Iya come out looking heavier. XD thatll teach me to do the base drawing in ink... also, theres some references to some inside stuff from my RP group, so youre not actually missing some references or anything, but Iya is in the picture, so i thought i would share.)

Zeus: No probs. You guys deserve it. It can get shocking how some places of the 'net are civil, while other places that pride themselves on civility are full of assholes. I still see forums or similar, run by professional companies, where the mods ban users for personal reasons.

Kitty: doin' good. From what I know about art, you're entering a kinda awkward phase, where you can't progress without doing anatomic studies and positioning and such, but while you're out of your comfort zone everything's gonna look a little wonky for a while. Of course then one day you get good at it and everything's aiiiiight, but until then yeah, it's gonna be discouraging. Not gonna lie, looking forward to your progress with the game. The intro you've got up now caught my attention.

Bluelight? Really? I actually found him to be quite nice, but I've not talked to Bluelight in forever, so... maybe there's been a change since I've last talked.

But still, as long as Iya is (relatively) flat-chested, I don't care.

She is. XD heck, most of the time when i draw her shes at LEAST as small as i am in the ribcage-based-fat-deposit department. XD
admittedly she's supposed to be about a foot taller than me... i may be compensating there.

Hey, people... I'm back as well, for those perhaps two people or so who ever saw a post of mine hinting that I'd be doing some of the code for this project. Kitty, I feel a little bad about how communication just kind of broke down and I stopped working on the project way back then. To be honest, I just didn't see a few things your way story-wise and lost interest.

Anyways, I'm working on a proper platformer engine for my own purposes right now and I thought I'd drop a copy of it here in case you wanted to take a look at it. Last I knew you still didn't have anything like that running, and I'm guessing you'd have posted something up here by now if you did. Anyways the ETA on that is going to be two weeks from now, because that's when the event that I'm working on it for ends.

Sorry about the tease and run, both with my word to deliver a prototype last year (it was working, I just never finished working out how to embed the assets to post it online here and I quit half way through trying), as well as for not actually having it in my hands right this moment. Depression has a nasty ability to make you just stop doing anything at all and I'm just now finally starting to get treatment for it.
